Very good value for money. We were in a great location as near to the tourist areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast plentiful and varied. London was buzzing with people, shows, xmas decorated shops. Well worth the visit.

This hotel is perfectly located for tourism , spotless, well priced and the staff went above and beyond. Mistakes can happen in life, but it’s how they are handled and this hotel handled them quickly, professionally and to a high standard. For example the virtual check in did not work, the wine booked for the hotel room was not there, there was no kettle, the tv didn’t work well and the air con was faulty and noisy. However the desk check in went smoothly instead, the wine and kettle was delivered quickly, the tv looked at straight away, but could not be fixed and a different room was offered due to the faulty air con. I didn’t change room as I had paid for an upgrade as it was my honeymoon and they upgraded me further, to their credit, to an apartment with fantastic views of London, so didn’t want to lose the view The room was perfect, but to nick pick all that was wrong were some poorly fitted curtains, a slightly frayed carpet and a bed that had huge protruding leg from the side of the mattress, which we both hit a number of times in the dark ha ha. You had to sign a disclaimer to access the balcony, then wait for maintenance to open it, and it was a shame there was no night lighting or cushions for the seating, but I guess if I asked they may have had some. These negatives pail into insignificance however compared to the service from staff from booking the parking, charged at a fair rate, and arranging extras. This is truly a really great hotel, with great staff, which is now my hotel of choice for my future London stays
Great first visit

Stayed at this hotel with family for one night whilst visiting Winter Wonderland. There were 8 of us and booked 3 rooms. The hotel was ideally situated for us - a short tube ride away from St Pancras (where we arrived in London) to Victoria Station and then a 2 minute walk to the hotel. It took us may be 15/20 minutes to walk to Hyde Park. We caught the bus there on the 2nd day due to an elderly relative struggling with mobility. We hopped on right outside Victoria Station and it was only a very short journey to the park. Check-in was easy and problem free and the lady who served us was super friendly and helpful. We had booked 2 family rooms and a twin room and all rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious. The king sized beds in the family rooms were wonderful. Good water pressure when using the shower and nice complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. The room used digital technology to control air con, lights and to even open the curtains which was good. It was all done by the touch of a button right by the side of the bed. The breakfast was very good - lots to choose from, both hot and cold. I think the only downside was we ate at a very busy time on the Sunday morning and lots of things were running out, faster than the staff could replenish them. Side plates for toast ran out, as did the butter portions and apple juice. It didn't bother us particularly, just a minor observation. A very pleasurable stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return should we be visiting London again.
Nice location, clean rooms and friendly hotel staff but some problems

Overall we had a very good stay, the front desk staff are great and very helpful and the hotel is situated very well for the theatre. We were down to see Hamilton so perfect location! We did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food or breakfast. We stayed as a family of 5 over 3 night stay and had booked two rooms. The main beds were comfortable but the sofa bed in one room was ridiculous and not very comfy even for a 10 year old. The sofa bed had not been made up for our arrival but they quickly attended to this. We had issues with the AC/Heat system in one room which made for a very unpleasant sleep. London was exceptional warm for November so we had set the room temperature to 18 deg C on the control pad. The staff told us when we called to complain that as it was winter the AC system had been turned off, the heating system continued to churn out hot air all through the night. Even when we switched the system off completely it continued to turn back on and the thermostat clearly did not do anything to control the temperature. We called on maintenance but they explained as it was winter it was either on or off and no way to control it. Strange as the other room we had for the kids was absolutely fine. The bar manager was also exceptionally rude when we tried to order drinks after the theatre, it was only 10pm but he said it was last orders. We understand their is restrictions with covid but he was being difficult and very unprofessional in his behavior and language towards out family, probably explains why the bar was empty! Having typically stayed in Park Plaza hotels when we visit London this is not one we will return to.
Convenient for everything and very clean and friendly.

Was only a 2 minute walk from Victoria Station. Very convenient for the theatre and underground. The room was very clean tidy and there was ample room. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
