Location Great for Visiting the Holy House

The Pensione Piemonte is a clean, quiet B & B in a former convent. Finding the place was a bit difficult, and the parking is quite a distance. Fortunately we were able to drive to the entrance for dropping off and loading our luggage. The rooms are basic and without air-conditioning. We were fine because it was cool enough with the windows open. Its location is perfect for visiting the Holy House which was the reason we went to Loreto. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent a few days around Easter at Pensione Piemonte. The location is excellent: 2' from the main square and the sanctuary. The staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless clean, so was the bathroom; (water pressure and temperature were excellent and the shower was large). We had a large family room, perfect for a family of 4. Not much of a view from our window, but this was not an issue, considering the very little time we spent indoors. It is not a luxury establishment but it is perfect for those searching for culture and spirituality. A special thanks to Giuditta for her precious assistance!

Oltre alla centralissima posizione, la pensione è molto curata e ordinata. Risponde a tutte le esigenze che un pellegrino o un turista possono avere, con spazi adeguati alle famiglie. La colazione e la cena sono davvero ottime, abbondanti e molto varie. Lo stile accogliente e la cappella al centro ricordano la spiritualità del luogo e accompagnano ad una esperienza che mette insieme arte, fede e la bellezza dei luoghi. Davvero consigliabile!

Pro:a ridosso del santuario;in posizione strategica vicino alle località di mare;buona pulizia della stanza;cordialità delle receptionist. Contro:parcheggio a pagamento sempre nelle ore diurne;stanze che sembrano cellette,spartane,calde e un po’ opprimenti;armadio e comodini senza ante ne cassetti;anche con la finestra chiusa si sente il traffico della strada sottostante e si fa fatica a dormire;si sente tutto dalla stanza adiacente,il russare e “altro”,quasi come se fossimo nella stessa stanza;colazione da “ospedale”.

Posto accettabile ma la maleducazione, arroganza, mancanza di rispetto nei confronti delle persone a dir poco inconcepibile della proprietaria stride con l'atmosfera sacrale all'interno del santuario. Tornerò nel santuario di Loreto per vivere al meglio l'atmosfera Cristiana e di pace assolutamente lontano da questo posto
