I booked this hostel as a 1 bunk bed meaning a total of 2 people, me and a roommate (seen on picture with two heads). I would have never booked a hostel no more than one other person. The day I got there, they tried to stick me with a 4 bunk bed, total of 8 girls. I pulled up my receipt to show manager Sunnis and assistant manager. They said they don’t have a 1bunk bed. The smallest size is up to 6 girls in a room or you can get a private room for $91 which you might as well stay at a real hotel for that price because it is not worth it staying here. The quality of the room: 1 bathroom is crumby. The managers were trying to put it on me saying I misunderstood which I didn’t. They did not want to reason with me. It was false advertisement. I Gave it a try the first night, Sunnie have me the option to room with 5 girls instead for a few more dollars more. That night when I was trying to sleep at 10pm, manager sunnie comes barging in my room turned the light on and apologized for giving me the wrong room. She said I need to move into the 8 girl bunk because she made a mistake and didn’t check the computer, she already had reservations made in the room I was staying in. I couldn’t believe the horrible experience I went through and in professionalism!! I literally had an anxiety attacking that night. Had girls all hours of the night coming in the room and taking showers l, waking everyone up. The cleaning guy was also sketch. He kept going in and out of the room every second as if he was waiting for me to leave. After I left and he got done cleaning I went back in the room as he didn’t know. He went into the room saw me and said oh sorry and left. I do not trust these people, I do not reccomend this place AT ALL. I left he next day
