Worst place! Disgusting!
Worst place! Sheets and blankets were nasty dirty! Floors were nasty. Trash under the bed, The dresser was broken. Tweakers running around. We were told by a frequenter not to bring kids here he sure wouldnt bring his kids there. Wow! That should tell you everything. Housekeeping here obviously sucks if they couldnt even change the sheets and blankets. Headboard full of crap on it. And after i went and showed the office the pictures and bitched about how disgusting it was we got a 35% refund.. wow! We should have had more of a refund for all that torture SMH! It was unfortunate that other hotels around were booked if not we would have gone elsewhere!
Dreams come true stay :) felt like disneyland! somewhat
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in san pedro Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager,The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurants near by very flexible (appreciate this!) and the girl at front desk ( Marilyn deserves a special thanks.She is what makes me come back and recommend this place to friends! Her service is amazing! she sweet.kind and was a big help. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Clean rooms,soft beds. Note, this is a 10/10-star hotel!, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Thanks to Marilyn and Maria she the supervisor was a excellent choice!
Fraud
Definitely do not stay here. Loud traffic noise was bad enough. But one night some drunken sounding guest woke me up at 4am shouting obscenities. Also shuttle took us to the cruise terminal but I found out when I returned to San Pedro that I had agreed to the understanding the shuttle would not pick me up at the terminal and take me back to my car parked at the hotel. Yes I signed my initials to the form but who in their right mind would think that was the policy so I missed reading that. RIDICULOUS"""""""""""""""""""
Hotel before cruise
The hotel was nice enough, but the bed was rockhard and the floor was so dirty that when you looked at your feet you could see dirt on the bottom. The proximity to the cruise dock is excellent and the rate reasonable.
Good
The room was okey, but not totally serviced. No supplies in the bathroom. Had to go to the office to get it taken care. The office staff did a good job of making it right. It was a great location for business, and other sites.
