What a venue, such a beautiful setting. Fantastic staff, fantastic food. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Great place to use for a birthday party or any celebration. Music & Buffett available. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy access with plenty of parking too
Nice Place
Ona los Claveles is a nice place, very clean & tidy with helpful staff, however we didn't enjoy the fact that our apartment was adjacent to the bar, as there was nightly enterainment until midnight. No problem with noise during the day. We were a bit of a walk away from Los Cristianos
Home from home
We stayed in a one bedroom apt with all you need . Lovely bottle of wine on arrival . We arrived early but was no problem and given a time to come back and apt was ready. Everything was very clean and tidy in the resort , and the staff worked so hard after the calima which left quite a mess. This is our 2nd visit and look forward to going again as in such a good position for walking to the beach shopping and busses.
Our second home in Tenerife
We have stayed at Los Claveles each year for over 10 years and have always been very happy with the resort. All staff are friendly & helpful. The apartments & grounds are kept in good condition , the pool is warm & the pool bar provides a good choice of light meals at reasonable prices.
Wonderful stay
Booked 4 night trip before Xmas. Small apartment but very well kitted out. Bed comfy, shower great, lots of utensils. Great pool. Food and drinks service excellent. Very reasonable prices. Ate in the restaurant- huge meal - couldn’t finish it. Great complex which is mostly time share but very pleasant people. Great shop and overall such a lovely break in the sun. Would recommend this complex.
