Killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom!! Which means there had to be more. Black mold all around the tub and pink bacteria. There was also a nice big patch in the ceiling, which means there was probably some kind of leak so I can only imagine what other kind of mold is growing in that disgusting room. Hair was in the sink and a dog hair or something was on my comforter. The powdered eggs tasted nasty and the crumbles of bacon were soaking in grease. Even the coffee was bad. I am just mad I failed to take pictures.

Good, clean hotel close to airport and Expo Center with excellent complimentary breakfast.

This property is very clean, and even though we were there when the property was fully booked, it was very quiet. Only minimal wear and tear. Easy access to the airport, the Expo center and fast-food restaurants. (New coffee shop going in across the access road.). Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was a surprise; waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy. Good value.

Rooms were clean and well equipped with dated furniture that was functional. There was ample storage and room to be comfortable. Common areas needed attention especially the buildings grounds, weeds everywhere with a dead tree right outside the front entrance (first impression). Overall if you’re looking for a quiet, average place to stay at a good price point with no frills this will work for you. If traveling through I’d stay again but would not use this hotel for a long-term stay.

Hotel advertises shuttle from airport. This is only available at very specific times. Early AM to mid-afternoon. What about the 15 hours of the day? I rented this hotel based on the shuttle offering to save money. Called to see if I needed to give them flight arrival for pick -up they said call a cab!!! So don't pay unless it's exactly what you want. The travel group orbitz called on my behalf and they told them the same thing.

Syed at Comfort Suites Louisville/Airport took great care of us during a family emergency. He went above and beyond to offer compassionate care to a grieving family. I will gladly stay here again for the excellent service and the professional, compassionate way they handle extraordinary circumstances.
