Not Satisfied
From the outside parking lot there was old crumbling sidewalk/entry to doorways. People hanging around waiting for who knows what. One person offered my husband $10 for a ride somewhere. Enter the building the hallway reeks of cigarettes. Our door security lock on the inside was barely hanging on. The room was dirty. Floors never looked to be mopped, pillow cases/ towels had dirt stains as if they were dropped on the floor before being folded or put on the pillow. The outlets missing covers, coffee maker looks unsafe to use. Phone and TV remotes filthy. Smell is smoke inside room heavy even though sign on desk said non-smoking room. Only one towel in bathroom, went to front desk they wanted the other towels we told them there weren’t any she gave us 2 towels for the 2 adults and 1 child in our room. Later they gave us more said they were doing laundry and were very short staffed. I understand we had a group rate discount but this place is a lot older, dirtier, sketchier than the photos on their website. Just be prepared to bring Clorox wipes and safety precautions. Probably won’t ever stay here again.
Family Trip
Driving through Lubbock with my family and dog we stoped for the day and the Red Roof staff was very friendly and helpful as always although things have changed since our last stop it was very clean as always and we will stop ever time we go through Lubbock
Disaster on date!! beautiful Kimberly saves the day!!
Oh it was terrible when I realized I had set the wrong date on the hotels.com but the beautiful Kimberly behind the front desk saved our date when she checked it and found out that she could save our date and our date night thank you Kimberly for everything you're wonderful!!!!!
Needs serious cleaning of entry, halls and common areas
Although our room seemed clean and fairly updated, the elevator, back entrance and halls were absolutely filthy. All smelled heavily of smoke and there were cigarette butts laying everywhere. Not sure when we have ever stayed in such a disgusting place in 30+ states. Has potential, but needs serious cleaning. Red Roof should pull franchise until standards improve. Wish I could leave a better review- we generally like Red Roof Inns.

The Red Roof is definitely the place to stay if you're planning a trip to Lubbock. The hotel is clean, they have a beautiful set up when you walk in with water and fish🐠. My kids loved it and to make things that much better the customer service is on another level! Ask for Kim she will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Thanks again for everything Kim you are such a bad ass! 😁♥️
