Location was excellent & the front desk person, Liuva, was one of the best that I have ever dealt with. Luzern is just beautiful, the old town, lake, & mountains. Rooms were a good size & clean. On-site restaurant was good also. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Luzern.

The front desk and restaurant staff are very polite and attentive. The Hotel is very clean and quiet. It is very well located, close to the train station and the historic center. It is close to good restaurants, supermarkets and other attractions.

The hotel is centrally situated and the room was a good size. The amenities provided were above average including complimentary mini bar and water. Best of all was the partnership with Lucerne Tourism which gave free public transport for duration of stay. The staff were very easy to talk to and provided any assistance we needed to get around. Visit to Mount Polaris was a highlight. Overall a great hotel and Lucerne is a great place to visit. Would love to stay longer next time and take a boat ride to Rigi.

Myself and my husband spent two nights in the hotel on our visit for the Lucerne Carnival. We stayed in a deluxe twin room which was very comfortable with a well stocked mini bar which was replenished daily. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast and one evening meal in the hotel restaurant, both of which were plentiful. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would be happy to return in future, especially when the carnival is on as it was simply amazing!

A short walking distance from Luzern Railcity, Ameron Luzern Flora is conveniently situated close to the Chapel Bridge across the River Reuss from the Old Town. It scores top rank for accessibility and locality, and is surrounded by nice restaurants that makes meal planning easy. I liked the comfortable, chic and practical room decor, making for a restful night's rest after a long day. It has also one of the neatest and cleanest rooms I have ever come across. Breakfast is continental with a pleasant variety and pretty tasty. There are 3 meeting rooms on the ground floor which serves well as a business hotel for small group meetings. Its close locality to nearby eateries is a boost as we obviously managed to take a refreshing lunch break across the river..
