On 30th September our family stayed for one night,me my hub, my parents ( my dad 1st time ever in one hotel) and my ASD child. Covid and Brexit had visibly hit the hotel and everyone were doing their best, there were not enough staff in kitchen and yet staff were running 1000mls hour with a big smile on their faces leaving us so relaxed even when we had to wait for the cutlery after food been served. Let me tell you all the staff from reception to the kitchen, you were amazing, my dad really felt at home with all your struggles and our misbehaving 😅 we had a wonderful night. keep the good job
Last minute booking

Booked this last minute as our flight was delayed. Smooth check in and nice room, however the bed was rock hard along with uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of hot and cold food.
Disappointed to pay extra for parking given the room cost was £144.
Check out was poor as not customer centric didn’t take the time to ask how our stay was.
All good except for breakfast…

Nicely furnished, modern room. Friendly staff, conveniently located hotel. Breakfast was served from 4:30am and that was a huge plus for us, especially in these weird and ‘wonderful’ covid times. With that said, the breakfast was extremely limited and nothing hot was available at the time. We paid £20 extra for it and ended up eating again at the airport. Maybe the choice improves later in the day…
Simple Family Overnight Stopover Gone Horribly Wrong

We arrived late at night having travelled 3 hours with a 2 month old baby. We had booked 2 rooms for the family a week in advance, requesting a travel cot in the king room at the time of booking.
Check in took half an hour meanwhile the baby girl hungrier and hungrier. The service was slow and inefficient. We again asked about the cot at checkin and were told that it was in situ.
Tired, we went upstairs to settle into bed at 11.30. Hoping to feed and settle baby and other members of the family and then get some sleep. However, we opened the door to our bedroom to find NO COT!
My other half called to reception and we then had to wait for the receptionist to bring up a travel cot and then put it together. 30 minutes later he still hadn’t managed to assemble the travel cot and we were informed that it was defective and that he’d have to go out and fetch another one. We waited, and waited and waited. At this point we were shattered.
No cot, no person. My other half had to call reception again.
In the end we had no travel cot, to be fair to the receptionist he did bring up a single mattress and some bedding but this unsuitable for our needs!
As for the rest of the stay, the bathroom drains smelt like something had died in the pipes, the shower was weak, the breakfast was all but gone by the time we got downstairs which was well within the breakfast serving hours and for which we had paid £11 a head in advance. Total nightmare stay. Would not recommend.
Lovely simple airport hotel

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel for the night before their flight.
Very easy to find and close to the airport.
As the weather was nice we walked to and from the airport from the hotel and it took about 15 minutes.
The hotel is very clean.
I would recommend booking the hotel through their website direct so then you can buy their parking package deal which works out cheaper than using the airport car park.
Friendly staff, easy check in.
