small lobby, courteous staff, lavish breakfast. i like the golf cart transporting us to the venue hall to and from the adjacent building where the guests are billeted. the damp air touches my cheeks like they need the extra moisture. royce hotel boasts of spacious rooms and expansive parking lots. there is still an ongoing construction of a massive building nearby. makes you feel like something is still incomplete. slippers and sewing kits are available free of charge upon request.

Very local standards on a grand facade .....the in your face - very restrictive presence of hotel security is not hi-roller friendly ..the international level of operations & concept is not there unfortunately.

the location of the hotel is great.. very accessible to many areas like mall, shopping center, food outlet and others.. the cleanliness is maintain and supervise during our whole stay.. the staff are very hospitable esp. PAULA SANTOS of F&B dept The Lounge Restaurant and Godwin Julaton..

Inattentive front desk personnel

When we checked in last 23-24Apr about a puddle forming in the bathroom in Rm 626 when we take shower,the clerk said she will gladly inform the Maintenance Dept. I mentionef that the bottom of the glass wall needs caulking coz there is an open gap. On 18-20Jun in the same Rm 626 where we got assigned, the caulking job was not done. Again, I mentioned to the frint desk but to no avail until we checked. I guess the hotel just wants us to expend their towels to suppress the puddle. Also, when we checked out, after waiting for about 14 mins to get the room checked, I called the attention of the clerk. It's been long completed already, the refund & papers were sitting on their counter. I noticed they were entertaining a couple of matketers fot mrmbership in Landers Superstore for quite awhile that is why I did not barge into their discussion. May I suggest that the front desk personnel to focus on attendinv the customers and not their personal agenda. Thank you

Never valet your car

We had our vehicle valet'd because parking was full when we got the car back the seats was reclined it smelled of cigarettes and there was scratches on the rims. The concierge was arguing that it was already there and did not want to pay for damages. They were offering vouchers but after the experience we will never come back.
