Business oriented, but comfortable.
I stayed in Magnu's Plaza last May 13th with my wife for couple of days. It's downtown close to city's main square business. So it's virtually close to any services you might need. Amazon river is nearby and under reach of a 20 minutes plain walk, although temperature invites you to take a cab. The room we stayed in was way bigger than regular rooms available in hotels of the same pattern. Big king size bed was comfortable and helpful to ease pain of any adventure you'd taken during the day in river side or countryside. Nice flat TV, silent air conditioning and warm shower complete facility. There is a pool on the top floor and despite we had no interest, it was clean and inviting. Magnu's Plaza serves a nice executive plate if you're single and most of menu options will serve a couple and a kid. We tasted and recommend fishes on menu. I believe counter fare was R$170, although there was a sign pointing fares up to R$250.

Durante toda a estadia, sinto que eu estava incomodando. Perdi a conta de quantas vezes me perguntaram quando eu faria check out e que eu deveria pagar antecipado. O pessoal da gerência é inegociável. Impressionante a grosseria. Este suposto estabelecimento hoteleiro deveria ser fechado. Primeiro, porque nos cobraram a mais. A cobrança deveria ser 1 diária e nos cobraram 1 diária e + meia. Como não tinhamos para onde ir, fomos obrigados a pagar. Eu me senti lesada. Segundo, a política do hotel certamente não é agradar os hospedes. Terceiro, a limpeza não é boa. Enfim, NÃO RECOMENDO. Eu não voltaria.

O hotel tem uma política de hospedagem inegociável. Fizemos checkin antecipado de 6h, pois o horário de entrar é 12h. Por essas 6h antecipadas, foi cobrado uma diária inteira. O que achei absurdo. Então cuidado ao se hospedarem no hotel. O empreendimento não cobra pelo EFETIVO serviço prestador.

O hotel fica numa localização boa e todas as suites são equipadas com TV, Frigobar, Cama box, Centrais de ar, Internet Wi-Fi gratuita e Cofre.Todas as acomodações são projetadas de forma individual com móveis finos de época e obras de arte originais, um toque de elegância ao ambiente. Cada acomodação possui vista para o centro da cidade.
Hôtel correct et propre
Un excellent emplacement en plein centre de Macapá. Un accueil professionnel et attentionné. Une literie à revoir. Des chambres spacieuses et propres. Des horaires de petit déjeuner et de ménage trop restreints.
