This is a 2-star hotel at best. The room is old and dirty, but at least the sheets were clean. The tub filled two inches from a 10-minute shower. It was disgusting. The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned. The workout center is still closed, but it's run down anyways with damaged walls and never-maintained treadmills. Good for one night if nothing else available, but definitely not for families or a longer stay.
Thin floors, if you have to go there get one on the top floor

We had elephants in the room above us, or at least is sounded like it. They didn't settle down until about 12:30. They must have had elephant children who we could hear running the length of the room. I was just about asleep when I heard a loud BOOM.... they dropped something heavy or something. It was horrible. It sounded like they were also moving furniture. So the thickness between the floor above and ceiling below must be very thin. I could even hear their voices a few times. I was exhausted from so much sun and walking, so it was terrible to not be able to sleep. It was a 90 deg day but 65 is a bit too much. We had to turn off the AC.

This was a great location with nice staff. Was on the third floor as suggested. I thought the rooms were tired. No usb outlets. Small workstation. Bathroom had cracked tiles. The one bath towel was frayed. Just didn’t have the fit and finish for something in this price elsewhere.

My brother and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice. The hotel is in a good location, only about 10 minutes from the national park and 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The one thing we were not happy with that the AC unit. When you turned it on, it would not continually blow air. Instead it acted as though the setting was on auto, cutting on and off at different times. Overall, we would stay here again.
Woman at desk very pleasant & accommodating. Breakfast was ridiculous.

Exterior of hotel is lovely, blooming flowers, shaded under roof seating. Inside the green, yellow and brown (old) carpeting was in need of cleaning. This hotel must be on a string budget because they still had those God awful HEAVY wine colored comforters. I thought most of the Country chain had discarded those. We were assigned room #301 but the a/c wasn't working and the TV wasn't working. The young woman at the desk tried to fix them to no avail. She offered an upgrade to a suite or another room but I had already sanitized all the touch areas and did not want to carry all our stuff to another floor so we accepted another room, Rm #304. Again I sanitized the touch areas of the room and everything appeared to be in working order. We were never greeted as Radisson Members, and I asked for and received 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Breakfast bags to go were pathetic. 1 bottle of water, 1 chewy bar and 1 unripe banana. This was totally unacceptable. They were saving money by not having to supply a hot breakfast they could have put a muffin or danish in the package. Although the desk clerk was accommodating I do not think I'd stay here again.
