Staff was nice and professional, the room was classy and clean, the view was nice, and the price was right. We were staying there in the winter so it was pretty quiet in town. It's also pet friendly which was a must for us.

We had a great stay, room was clean and the view was great! The are is filled with great places to eat and the Mackinaw bridge was great to see. We were there 50 years ago. Looking forward to coming back in the summer.

Our room had ants....not just a random few, but ants were all over the floor in the bath. Breakfast consisted of a rotten apple, a granola bar, and a bottle of water. Staff seemed particularly unconcerned about our discomfort, not even the ants. I would never choose to stay here again. Motel 6 has nicer rooms

Even with the town essentially empty during a blizzard , the rooms were clean and staff attentive. I love this town and love this hotel. We will be lifetime patrons if they continue to operate at this level.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was quite clean, super convenient to ferry terminal. Breakfast was snacks and water in paper bags, good enough to get the day going. Although there seemed to be plenty of people coming and going that week, we had zero issues with noise or with getting an elevator promptly. The property itself is older but has been pleasantly updated. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
