I stayed here on four different occasions during November and December and would recommend this budget hotel to others. It’s a convenient location to the highway. Rooms were satisfactory and the staff remembered me after my first visit. Any issues (needing coffee, plug not working) we’re taken care of. While the walls are a bit thin which may mean noise from a neighbor, I’m more than satisfied with my stays.

If you are traveling from the Midwest to Orlando and need a place to sleep in-between, this place will fit the bill. There is nothing special about this place but at the same time nothing really wrong with it either. Breakfast is nothing special but will get you some food to get started. They seem to be short staffed, when we checked in, after 1:00 AM, the guy behind the desk (probably the owner) was still there checking people out the next morning as well as taking care of the breakfast area. The hotel was clean, didn't notice any areas that needed renovated so a good place to stay.

I travel often. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Our first room was dirty and had no towels. Changed rooms. The second room had towels but was still dirty. Should have left and slept in the car at the nearest rest area.

We arrived to find a mix up in our reservation that delayed our check-in, however the desk clerk managed to work it out. Upon entering our room we discovered that there was only one towel in the bathroom (no other linens). Upon notifying the desk they sent a runner who brought fresh linens. After that we discovered that the bathroom was actually NOT cleaned and there was a used washcloth draped across the shower curtain. The overall condition of the room was not satisfactory. Will not stay here again.

The beds had torn sheets and holes. Blankets were smelly and badly stained. The AC vent was filled with cobwebs and dust which caused our allergies to flare up. The vending machine in the lobby was out of order. Not worth the money!
