The room was very spacious with huge bathroom and cabinet. Also the room was clean. The location is around 15 minutes away from Gran Via on foot and there is nearby by Metro station for line 2 where you can reach many hotspots in Madrid. The staff were very helpful and providing suggestions.

Nice hotel with good location

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. It was on Christmas Day weekend. The neighborhood was very quiet. It’s a little distant from Gran Vía. A 15 minutes walk. Pros: all the staff members with which we interacted with were very attentive and friendly. One that was really helpful was María José. She was very helpful with directions and recommendations to good restaurants and places to visit. People like her make you want to go back.

There was no room service, we went out to shop, have breakfast outside of the hotel, because the breakfast was so bad, old croissants, Scrambled eggs, from liquid cartons, a few pieces of Chorizo, and hard white bunny bread. No ventilation in the room, and the house phone doesn't work. not enough wall power plugs, luckily we bring our own, universal power strip with 4 USB connections. Wifi is very slow. Maid service does not clean the room when you leave in the morning to go out, would not recommend, hard to give a rating. word of advice, skip breakfast here, and go to some of the nice coffee patisserie places nearby. A suggestion to management of hotels, please add an HDMI Connection so users can watch their own channels, netflix, Amazon, etc.

Average hotel. The location is fantastic and the people at reception very friendly. Breakfast is terrible, only from 7:30-9:30 and no fresh bread. Rooms are clean, but a lot of noise in the morning from the cleaning staff as you can hear everything. I would recommend if you don’t need much and if you wake up early. Otherwise, not so sure...

I come to this hotel every week on business. The big advantage they have is the location, but the constant change of staff and the noisy rooms make this hotel a pity. I have attached a photo of the mobile phone sonometer in room 123. It is located next to the air machines. I don't know if with 80db someone can rest.
