Great Experience but watch out the noise

The hotel during my stay was satisfactory. Rooms clean and tidy. Late check in due to flight time had no issue and reception personnel very kind. Something to be improved : Noise is crazy after 8:30/9:00 am. Cleaning personnel move fornitures and trolleys without respect customers rest hours. Without this could have been a 5 stars indeed.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, very well located in Chamberi, not far from Chueca and Gran Vìa areas. The metro station Alonso Martinez is 2 minutes walk. The breakfast is good (pressed orange juice). The rooms are clean, thanks to the housekeeper. Thanks to the reception and the waitresses.

Very nice hotel with the perfect location, walking distance to so many places. We stayed during the “State of Alarm” and the staff was very helpful, great breakfast and nice and comfortable beds and pillows. Very good WiFi and Cable TV , nice lobby. Thankful to the hotel manager and staff ,we’ll be back.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who like to walk, its a 25 mn walk to the city center. Its a nice walk, we had a great time walking it. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear all the noise from the room next door, the shower, toilet. The noise from the street is also really good to hear. The room is clean and we got clean towels everyday. There is no chance to make your own coffee or tea in the room. Very nice people at the desk in contrary to those who work in the restaurant, absolutely not welcoming! we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, it wasn’t all that much, cant recommend it.

Hotel with extreme lack of security at all levels and poor customer service. On the last day of my stay I was robbed in the breakfast room. Since they have no control over who enters the room, someone came in from outside the Hotel, sat at the table as a customer, ate and left with my bag, passing by the the security guard in the lobby. They have no control over who enters the lobby and where they are going to. On the bedroom area employees clean with an the bedrooms doors widely open, letting anyone have access to any room. One morning I went back to my room and it was being cleaned and it had the door wide open. I myself entered my room and no one asked me anything. They had no way of knowing if I was the bedroom client or not because I was not asked for identification or to use my room key. After the breakfast theft neither the Hotel director came to us nor any staff member accompanied us to the police or called them or even suggested any support or reimbursement of the stay. After that day no one else contacted us to find out how the situation was to follow up. I have sent 3 emails after the incident, 2 of them addressed to the General manager and no one answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! LACK OF SAFETY, PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE. It will always be preferable to stay in an international hotel not to have this kind of service.
