The hotel is beautifully furnished but also very practical (I spend a lot of time in hotels that look nice but you can recharge your phone). The staff were so helpful from parking my car to explaining places to visit in Madrid. I would recommend this hotel to either those in Madrid on business or leisure. We will be back to see more of Madrid.

He enjoyed our (short but sweet) stay from the beginning to the end. All communication with the staff was flawless, the room impeccable and the lunch and breakfast we had at the restaurant was very good too. We will definately come back!

The property, oldest hotel in Madrid as they say, has been beautifully renovated and is located in the heart of Madrid, a few steps away from Plaza del Som. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and equipped with modern technology and comfortable furniture. Highly recommended. Thank you very much !

We had the chance to visit the Gran Hotel Ingles this last weekend and it was a phenomenal stay! Our experience with the amazing staff began prior to our arrival the staff at reception helped us coordinate an in-house COVID test we needed to return to the US. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Sandro who popped a fresh bottle of Champagne. Check in was done by Saraya (sp?) who did an incredible job introducing the amenities of the hotel to us. Our room was beautifully designed with the perfect amenities you would expect of a luxury brand. Some others have written that the street the hotel is on felt dangerous but I cannot disagree more. It is a small street for 1-car traffic and many bars that are bustling at night but the double-paned french doors on our balcony made the room nice and quiet for us. I look forward to returning to the beautiful city of Madrid and you can be sure we will be staying at the Gran Hotel Ingles!

A wonderful hotel in a quite street in the old center of Madrid. Very nice rooms and interior, very friendly staff. And all major sightseeing is possible on foot. There is also a Spa in the hotel, although I didn't have time to use it. Very nice bar.
