Fireplace and amazing views
Lay back and enjoy a couple of cups at the bar next to a fireplace after a hard day of trekking. Trough the windows enjoy one of the most breath taking views I every had: Las Torres del Paine. The natural park of Las Torres del Paine are few miles away from the hotel. Also there are shuttle services from the hotel to the natural park and airport. I would however recommend to rent a car from the airport since it is easier to reach the hotel and to go around the natural park. The hotel has a rural look but still being nice and cozy. The rooms are ok and service to clients was very good. Finally, there is a very beautiful indoors swimming pool next to a SPA: if the couple of drinks did not do the trick after trekking, certainly the swimming pool and SPA complex will do! :-)
Great view from restaurant and terrace
We stayed there for just one night so we can not rate the wide range of offered activities. The room was nice and clean but without mountain view. But you can enjoy the stunning view from the terrace (welcome drink, BBQ), the restaurant and the spa area (which is a bit small for the big hotel). Not cheap but we enjoyed the stay there.
Superb Stay!
Its an amazing hotel, well located just by the Park. A 5 star experience in the middle of nowhere. Everything from the rooms to the food and spa was excellent, the staff was outstanding! An easy choice for travelers to Torres Del Paine
Trip to Patagonia
Fantastic area with heaps to do, particularly hiking. Very comfortable and central place to stay with very well organised tour service. Staff were friendly and helpful, tour guides were excellent with a great variety of tours to offer. Facilities at the hotel were very comfortable, great pool and spa facility.
My stay at Rio Serrano
The location was excellent. The dining room and bar staff were very friendly and hospitable. I went for two walks with Lucas as my guide who was great. I would recommend this to anyone and look forward to a return trip.
