THE WORST HOSPITALITY EVER

The worst hospitality ever. I booked the room for 4 person and they only give towel for 2. When I was asked to receptionist they said only can provide 2 towel and need to pay for add more towel. How could the room for 4 person but only provide 2 towel? The woman receptionist was so rude. I didn't know how the rude person can work in Hospitality Industry. Water heater didn't work out, flooding in bathroom and AC not in good condition. One more, if you look for quite place to rest in the night this is not suitable place as they have live music everyday in restaurant and so noisy.

THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE

This hotel has the worst service I've ever experienced. And the front desk, FENI. and the manager ANIE are the worst people I've ever encountered in hospitality industry.(photos attached). My experience was, I came with two other people. Booked and paid two rooms for 3 days 2 nights. Check in process, the front desk lady isn't even warm at all. Very rude. And she asked for deposit. And I said I got no cash so I will just go in the room first, and waiting for my other friend to arrived from the airport to just pay the deposit later upon their arrival. She rudely said NO. I asked nicely but she again said NO. She said I just need to wait, or use my credit card. And because her attitude was already HORRIBLE, I then refused to go along with her request. She then added "You're from the big city, impossible you have no money". Unbelievable. Long story short, I asked for the manager and surprisingly, the manager is no help either. She even more rude. Once she said "you got no cash? People from big city must have credit card right?" Yet I still asked for help and understanding to pay in a couple hours. She said ok, (rudely) asked for ID card of three of us until we pay the deposit. Then I agreed. But because I left my wallet at home, I gave her my passport. And she touched the passport and said rudely "I don't want this, I want ID card!". I don't understand how she doesn't consider passport is a legitimate government ID. Then we decided to better leave and book another hotel instead staying at this already HORRIBLE hospitality. They also doesn't want to give us refund. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DONT STAY

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. quite small room and the bathroom is a bit "transparant" so it is a bit weird t.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We booked superopr rom but turn out that it is very small. And the room has transparant bathroom so it feels weird when we are in the bathroom and people can see us...

new 3* hotel but lack of hot water

always hot water trouble in this hotel.. the management told us to run water for 15-20 minutes before hot water kicks in, but it never happened. we felt bad by wasting such water. the hotel itself is new, clean, nice bed, nicely located, but management not serious solving hot water issue. i m regular visitor to malang. 2-3x had this problem in this hotel, finally i said enough.. never comeback to this hotel.. the management really reckless about water conservation.. and that's so bad!!

My friend and I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Our room is 202, There was no hot water in the bath room, so we showered with cold water. This very uncomfortable situation. We were very disappointed with this hotel. We have Never stay in this hotel again.
