Lo mejor del hotel son las piscinas, existen varias opciones para mayores y para niños. La playa es buena, simplemente eso, buena. Quizás por la temporada (junio) el hotel estaba lleno, por ello, es necesario tiener paciencia.

Just the average holiday
Opinión escrita el 30 de novembre de 2022
Just the average holiday. I will start with the things i enjoyed. Firstly, the garden. This was the aspect that impressed me most. Really neat and diverse, a real botanical garden. Secondly the rooms in the bungalows, they were extremely quiet as compared to rooms within the main buildings. Usually these are nosier as people and coming and leaving all the time. Also, the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, towels were changed daily and the bedsheets were changed twice during our stay. The mini fridge was refilled daily free of charge. We had the honeymoon package, make sure that you provide documentation prior your arrival. We did not because the travel agency said that there was no need and we were not given access to our rooms until we clarified the situation. From what i ve seen large groups come around lunch time and check it may take up to two hours. Honeymooners have early check in and some other benefits. The staff doesn't speak English. You much be lucky to find someone to talk to. Only customer service speaks English, a small desk in the lobby with two welcoming ladies. The pool, diversity. Nice water park, but small. Clean, scarcity of sunbeds.. and people used to "book" sunbeds at 7 in the morning before breakfast time and it was almost impossible to find any past 10. The quiet pool is not that quite. It is located next to the lobby and people come and go, music can be heard from the bar and so on. I prefer quiet pools to be located on remote areas, or somehow separated from the rest. There is a pool that is more exquisite, around 100 euros extra for 3 days. I did not find the value in that offering and I didn't access it. The beach it is said to be a blue flag beach, but i doubt. The sunbeds are extremely close to one another which is not in line with blue flag beaches requirements. It is a sandy beach, the entrance in the water is not that steep and it has a couole of meters where the bottom of the sea can be touched, after that area it suddenly becomes deep. Be careful if you are not a good swimmer. I am afraid of water but i managed it. Clean water. Bars, extremely crowded just like snack spots. Take 15 minutes if you want a drink. Water is self service. The quality of the drinks is below poor. They are really bad for an ultra all inclusive resort. The wine is ok ish if you do not speak wine. Food, the worst restaurant service as compared to all the other Turkish resorts i ve ever been to. The same food eveyday, quite limited variety of cooked food. The grill area extremely crowded. It could take up to 20 minutes to create a plate. I saw some breakfast food looking really bad, almost spoiled. I think the restaurant was was made be give it 4/5. I d give even less but i enjoyed the amenities. No thematic days. The a la cart was also bad, i tried the Indian one. My uncle went to the main restaurant after this experience. The spa is nice. I do recommend it. They have average prices for resorts, but the service was really good. Entertainment... The parties were bad. The only good party was on the night we arrived, on a Friday. We came by car and we couldn't attend as we went to bed early that day. The other similar party was meant to be hosted on the Friday we left. The other parties were rather lame, some live music and 30 minutes waiting at the bar. Not fun. The entertainment in the amphitheater was ok. The riding club, I am a horse owner, I have never seen horses in such bad conditions, thin and over exploited. I did not expect to see that in a 5* resort. The equipment is old. Overall if you are a foodie this is not the place for you. Otherwise, the hotel is nice. I am a vegetarian and at times i fel i did not have what to choose. I mostly ate the same thing every day.

Went here with my family and had a rather good time, the resort is very large with plenty of space, although it was abit worn out at some places and we had to change rooms due to a miss during the booking the overall experience was good. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was awesome with plenty to choose from and pretty good quality. Every night had some kind of event with performers from all around the globe.
