In the end of the main road, to main Bazzar 30min by walk Hotel is full of Russians 90%(loud and bad bahavour) Russian songs all day all night Everywhere is mess Very poor service Snack bar open only somethime and after 10minutes food disapear no next food During main food time after 39min meat is gone and if you come later your problem No servis no prepare table no dishes no forks=self service Catastrophe In the morning everywhere glases from the night Reception desk doesnt want to solve anything Pood english All is for Russians Turkey for last time

this hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars wtf it's supposed to be a 1 star hotel they stole our bags the bus was late and we missed our flight the food is horrible i'm never coming back here it was a waste of money.and they don't clean our hotel rooms the bathrooms are disgusting.people were fighting all the time,this hotel is trash.

I have to say this is the rubbish hotel i have been to. The food is nasty the people work there are aggressive the inside pool is always close they said use outside one,to get towel you must be on time and returned on time , there was lizard on the wardrobe and i had to killed before my family entering to the room i leave a good tip on the bed but when i come back no sheet ware changing. I had to take all the sheet out from the bed and put them on the floor the pour a lot of water on it so the can change it . This hotel is for cheap Russian people. -Stay away from this cheap 1 star hotel -

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I had to for this one! I wouldn’t even give it one star! The food is worse than dog sh**t, I had a caterpillar in my salad and that has put me of eating for the rest of the holiday! Rude staff all over the hotel and pervets! If u thinking about Wi-fi do not even think about it! YOU GOT TO PAY and when u do IT STILL DONT WORK! This our 6th time in Turkey and honestly has put me of forever! I have never expected that from a “5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“ VOID VOID!!!!

Terrible hotel ,when you come in hotel you have to wait more hours and you get room after 2:00pm.Food always same.Have to much people and pool is very small for these capacity.View of room it is terrible and small.When i go to sleep in first day i see in blanket have to much blood and nobody answers for that reception dont answer in phone.Staff dont know englisht to speak very little.I don’t recommend this hotel .
