Great location, lovely hotel, fab breakfast... bed is the only improvement

Upon entering the hotel the reception and check in was fabulous. The public areas like corridors, lifts are clean and well maintained. The room was clean, well maintained, well lit. The bathroom was modern with a fab waterfall shower and a toilet in a separate room. The tea/coffee provided was fab.... but why is the milk always limited?!?! Large tv on the wall with a great range of channels. Lots of sockets/usb sockets for a great working station. The hotel was quiet and relaxing considering the city centre location. I would like to see better mattresses and more pillows.... If they got mattresses on a par with Premier Inn then I'd have given this 5 stars. The heating controls were easy to use and variable. Breakfast was immense and a thing of beauty. I will 100% be back here as a business traveller and with my family (as interconnecting rooms are an option). Lovely hotel.... I just needed a comfier sleeping experience.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly nothing was a problem. The room was clean and you felt safe. The location was fantastic 2 minutes from China Town, 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly gardens Will definitely be coming back again
Worst hotel in Manchester

This is the worst hotel ever. Firstly I had to validate my card at the reception three times! And after 11pm they don’t allow guest. They will infringe on your privacy and your freedom is being restricted. They treat their guest as if their underage child with curfews to be met. It’s simply disgusting.
A good stsy

We have had cause to stay here twice in recent weeks, and had a good stay here both times. Firstly, I wanted to comment about the toilets in the rooms. Several people have commented about the "small" toilet area. I am not sure what the issue is here - and am a bit mystified what people get up to in there. There is more than enough space in there to perform your natural bodily functions!! The room was clean, in a good condition and comfortable. The service at reception was fine and professional. Nice bar area, although it was borderline understaffed - there was sometimes a bit of a wait for drinks. Point of interest - if arriving by train Manchester Oxford Road station is slightly closer than Manchester Piccadilly - many trains call at both stations. It is a short walk from both.

Booked an Executive room for 1 night. Got a good rate and wasn't disappointed. Clean room with a huge TV and the shower was great. Smart glass was great! Sauna and Steam room were great. Location is excellent right in the centre of the city. Never had breakfast so can't comment.
