Very good experience
Very friendly staff and rooms are very spacious. Room amenities are complete, clean and internet service is fast. Room service is also reasonable for a 5* hotel and fast. Will definitely be back once the global situation is much better.
ORGANIZED
Accomodative and very friendly staff, very well maintained the facility, accessible to customers , the food is great although we cant manage to eat at their restaurant , due to pandemic , the food serves in good as a customers satisfaction
Diamond Hotel Quarantine Stay
Excellent Stay at Diamond Hotel. Hope to be back soon and stay again on this hotel. My first time stay at 5 star hotel in Manila, a very nice experience. I would like to thanks all the staffs and Owwa representatives.
Diamond Hotel Staycation
I've stayed here for 1 week as a Quarantine Facility. All of the staff there are very accommodating. My room is very clean and the internet speed is quite fast compared to the hotel that I've stayed before. Highly recommended place!
Cleanliness is very good
The lobby area is friendly people, beautiful and attractive receptionist, approachable, Aircon is very cool, room is quite place to stay and relaxing, everything is very satisfactory and upon departure from hotel is feeling good.
