Definitely best location in town and very convenient for business and city dining. Facilities improvements are way overdue to bring the hotel to international standards. More focus should be put into “staycations” (?) Staff friendly/ service average.

The staff was lovely and friendly. Our room was quite comfortable with a window we could open to get fresh air and hear the city. One minor quibble would be no coffee service in the room. The only spot on an otherwise perfect stay! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with friendly team and excellent location. Restaurant is average. But you can find plenty of good options nearby. Renewed rooms but bathroom still old. Noise from other rooms and outside were the only negative points to mention.

The DeVille provides nice clean and well appointed accomodations. The location is great for walking, dining and nightlife. If you are going to stay in Maringa the DeVille is a good choice to stay to be central in Maringa
