STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
1. Horrible all inclusive...all of the same every day. When the food is gone is gone. 2. Drinks are terrible, warm beer and local spirit's are awful. 3. Aqua park partially closed and you need to keep asking for the employees to open. 4. Changed room once, since the one first offerred to us had a leak in the toilet. 5. Horrible acoustic isolation. Kids screaming at 7 in the morning waking up the whole hotel when you want to rest. 6. Abandoned facilities. 7. CONSTRUCTION GOING ON THE WHOLE HOLIDAY WITH MACHINES BREAKING THE SWIMMING POOL AREA FROM 9 AM UNTIL 6PM. 8. Made a complaint with pictures and videos, took them 6 months to reply, basically saying "I'm sorry".
Best Holiday Ever!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in March and we honestly had the best holiday. Our room was so spacious and clean, it was quiet when we were there so we asked to move rooms to the back of the hotel and they were so helpful and kind to let us move! Our room was cleaned each day to such a high standard. The food was great, always a big variety and tasty! The entertainment team were great fun and we really enjoyed the activities! The variety of pools were chilly but it was so hot it was a welcomed relief from the heat and the water park was good fun, not everything was turned on but we just had to ask and they put it on for us! We took the shuttle bus to the Old Town which I would highly recommend, but I would definitely suggest getting a guide, we were so grateful for ours! The staff were just amazing! So so friendly, always smiling and when Morocco announce they were closing their borders immediately (because of Covid-19) they were so helpful in speaking to people for us and translating things so that we knew what was going on and we got home safely! We can’t wait to come back, such a lovely, clean, beautiful and friendly hotel at such a good price!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I really liked it. Great location, the rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff did all their best to please me and I want to thank them all.
Our honeymoon
Wow just wow what an amazing hotel . We came here for our honeymoon for 2 weeks with our parents and what an amazing time we really had . All the hotel staff were lovely and friendly . Beautiful hotel , nice and clean , food was lovely and the gardens of the hotel really were amazing . Lots of activities to do including the water park. The entertainment team really made our holiday along with all the other staff. The hotel was almost empty and we still had such a lovely time . All of the staff looked after us really well and made us feel safe they always put us first. Our flight got cancelled due to the circumstances with the world at the moment and we were the last in the hotel and all the staff were so helpful and made us feel at ease. I would like to say a special thank you to the kitchen staff as my wife is gluten free and they really did go out of there way to make her fresh meals everyday . They were amazing .
