Fabulous Authentic Stay

We stayed at Riad Bonheur for 3 nights. The venue was lovely and welcoming and all the staff were extremely helpful - one even walked us halfway to a destination we couldn't find ! We upgraded to the room with the terrace which I recommend. The breakfast was tasty and filling and prepared us for the day exploring Marrakesh. The location was amazing, so close to all the chaos yet once in the Riad so quiet and calm. We would definitely stay at Riad Bonheur again and would recommend it for an authentic and good value stay.
Comfortable, Friendly, Great Staff

Ours was a very comfortable 4 night stay. Abdul at the Riad had arranged transport for us from the airport, and greeted us on arrival. He was friendly and helpful throughout our stay and talked us through the opportunities available during our trip.
Our room was clean and comfortable and we were given a massive breakfast every day, at all times there were friendly staff on hand to help us with anything we asked.
On departure, Abdul arranged transport back to the airpost for our 3 am departure, at very reasonable cost (less than public taxis) and one of the guys even woke up to escort us to the taxi.
The Riad is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk from the busy Souks, but nonetheless very quiet and insulated from any street noise. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous at all times and spoke English, French and Arabic. The Riad owner, Carlos, was in close touch with staff and guests..a real "family" feel.
We fully intend to return
cozy, very close to DJemaa El Fna square, lovely staff.

The overall experience in Marrakech was unique and the Riad Bonheur was part of it.
My girlfriend and I arrived at the riad in the afternoon, where we were quickly welcomed and offered a fresh mint tea. The host explained to us everything we needed to know about Marrakech and the riad. The room was on the first floor, and it was very cozy and clean. The next day we were served a typical Moroccan breakfast (absolutely delicious), we asked the staff some info about places in Marrakech, and we were given all the directions and tips the we needed. The only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable was, a family that was staying at the riad for a couple of days and they were very noisy (especially the kids) maybe the staff could have told them to be a bit more respectful. Besides from that, we stayed at the riad 4 days and we loved it. The young guy working there woke up at 3 am to make sure we took our transfer to the airport and I think it was very nice of him. I strongly recommend it.

We stayed in this Riad for a couple of nights and we enjoyed it very much.
Staff can arrange you transfers from and to the airport for a reasonable price as also tours around Marrakesh. Riad Bonheur is only a few minutes walk to the busy Medina, but it is very peaceful and quiet. You cannot hear any noise from mosques.
Our room was located on the rooftop and it was very cosy!
In regards to the staff, Abdul was amazing! Very welcome and made us feel at home. He was always willing to help and recommended lots of good places to visit!
Carlos, the owner, was also very friendly and gave us good tips about local restaurants and tours.
We definitely recommend it!
