Not worth the money

This establishment is trying to be a 5 * hotel but it clearly is failing. The rooms are ok. We booked a junior suite which was spacious but very dark. They have construction work on the rooftop so we heard a lot of noice which was unpleasant. This also meant they only have one restaurant available in the lobby. The staff at the entrance where really lovely especially Aziz. Unfortunately this was not the case for the rest of the team. We had airport transport included in our room as well as 20% off any spa bookings. Upon checkout they tried to charge for both and only took of the transfer cost when I showed them my booking. Still haven’t refunded the spa reservation we had during our stay and now they are not responding to my emails. Apparently the front desk has to call the spa which was closed when we left. The obvious thing to do was to look at my bill and compare to the spa price menu to see i was charged the full fee Will not be going again.

Excellent service, location, and beautiful hotel

Reviewed 10 september, 2022

We arrived in September 2022 during a major renovation of the hotel. The hotel appears very well maintained, beautifully designed and with a great ambiance. Definitely a five star hotel. We did not anticipate the renovation, but we were compensated by being offered an exclusive suite with a great view, tailor made world class Moroccan dishes by the Head chef, Youssuf, and even invited for a private cooking class. The staff were incredibly friendly and service minded. Special thanks to Housni and Youssuf for their service. Strongly recommended.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location.

We stayed in one of the executive suites on the 3rd floor. The entrance of hotel is gorgeous with amazing art everywhere. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the bathroom is huge. An additional toilet was a plus! The rooftop bar is a great place to unwind and the outdoor patio was our favorite place to have breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily and Jamilah made sure we were happy and stocked with everything we needed. The location is definitely in the mix so if you're looking for a quiet place, I wouldn't recommend, but if you're looking for a location near almost everything...this is it. Would stay here again:)

A place for cool Marrakech Sunset

Rooftop Bar at The Pearl Marrakech is a must when in Marrakech. We booked via VIP and on arrival we were met their friendly staff and we were ushered literally like VIPs😍. They showed us around and made us to comfortably choose our table to comfortably watch the beautiful Marrakech sunset. Food and drinks are georgeus and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Reda Rocks!

We had a great rooftop dinner with drinks beforehand. Our waiter Reda was excellent suggesting drinks and food. we had a fantastic evening overlooking the city. Food was great. I had a great entrecôte with mushrooms. Service was even better and super attentive. If you come, ask for Reda!
