We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for various hockey tournaments. The rooms are always clean and roomy. The staff does a great job of providing enough food at breakfast to feed a bunch of hungry hockey players and are always nice to the kids.
My experience at Hampton Inn

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn for many years. I find it close to each area that I need to visit and especially because of the staff being so helpful and caring.This is the first year I met the The general manager , Indura Naider. She was exceptional to me and for my experience. Nadira explained what I needed to know during this time of covid. Such as because of covid , there was not the usual breakfast , She was willing to take the time and get me a breakfast box in the morning. This was so very helpful since I was there to be at many medical appointments on time. When I was leaving she saw that I was sad because of having lost my husband the previous year and she was so very compassionate .. She also made sure I had a breakfast box for my very early departure. She was always there to assist me when needed with information when it was needed. Indura is compassionate and a wonderful reflection of this Hampton Inn.. I also acknowledge Mark, an assistant manager. I met him last year,also. who is also always available for assistance when he is there. Also, Anthony who works part time evenings . I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.
Great wedding weekend

Hampton-Inn Norwood was our wedding hotel destination. We booked 25 rooms for our out of town guests. From the very beginning of the planning stages, Amanda kept us fully informed and eased any concerns we had. She made the whole process seamless with her professionalism and warmth. She was great. Once we all checked in, it was smooth sailing. Registering. The rooms. Safety protocol. The to go breakfasts. Having Mick Morgan’s Restaurant attached for dining. The accessibility to all we needed. Working with Indira at the front desk was lovely. Somehow they remembered who we were, in spite of the many other guests, and they did little things to make our stay pleasant and personal. Five stars to Amanda, Indira, and their staff. Thank you. We highly recommend this location! We will be back. 👍
Great Customer Service

I had a 2-night reservation at the Boston Norwood Hampton Inn for a family wedding - due to the length of the trip and possibility of the impending hurricane, I requested an extra night from a Ms. Indira N. working the reservation desk at the hotel. She promptly called me back to advise that the extra night was arranged, and I would not have to move my room, and the rate would be the same. On arrival, she happened to be the one checking me in, and remembered my name and the phone conversation. Later, I noticed that she went out of her way to make sure everyone had their breakfast packages each morning, got extra fruit and coffee if desired, and did so very pleasantly.
I always expect good service and a pleasant stay at Hampton Inn, but noticed that this employee consistently went to extra effort, and did so consistently courteously and professionally. My congratulations, thank you.
Reservations a fiasco

Using the Hilton app I checked in online a day in advance and selected a room from the choices available. When I get to the hotel they tell me the room I reserved is not available but they can put me next to the elevator. Now I sit in the lobby for over 1/2 hr waiting for a room to be cleaned. My last three stays at Hilton Hotels have gone like this, I’m switching hotel chains
