My family stayed here this past week. I recommended it because we stayed there 4 years ago. The hotel was run down, the pool looked neglected .I went to their room the rug was dirty. They found a bug in the bathroom and also a bug in the dresser drawers .
Older property, staff tried hard

I checked in late and sadly despite calling ahead to avoid the "night audit" delay of waiting while they were turning over the day, I still got caught in it. As a result, despite prior notice I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for my room key. The property is dated and I am not sure where they got these pics from, but my room did not look like this. Also it takes forever to get to this property, it is well off the highway and is very tucked in, I historically stayed at the Courtyard, but they is no longer a Marriott and maybe it is time to make this not a Marriott too. As far as all the four stars on this property, I think I am spoiled living in the hospitality capital of America, because this is nothing more than an average property. It did its job, that was it.
A nice, solid Residence Inn

So this RI was pretty much middle of the pack...and we stay in a lot of RIs because of the availability of 2BRs. Nice, clean, good service, but nothing exceptional. We wanted to visit both Providence and Boston so the location was perfect for us. And we had a good dinner in downtown Foxborough.
From our for what it's worth COVID department, there were coffee packs and other goodies in the room. Breakfast was to to-go with a number of options - there was yogurt, instant oatmeal, muffins, and some other stuff. No coffee though, you had to use the coffeepot in the room.

Another excellent stay while on our road trip earlier this Summer.
Spent 1 night here before moving on to Boston and was very satisfied. Room was very clean, modern and bed was comfortable.
Hotel was clean, modern and very convenient.
Added bonus was the outdoor pool as outdoor pools.......obviously outdoor pools in Massachusetts hotels not as common due to the 4 seasons.
Patriot Place with tons of shopping and great restaurants (plus the stadium) minutes away.
Bag breakfast provided due to COVID but we wound up getting hot breakfast at a nearby local restaurant.
Great Price and Stay!

We recently visited the area for a family party and dance recital and spent a Saturday night here.
Let’s first start with the price, a total of $248 for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room ( with a pullout couch) and gas fireplace and a kitchen with a table. I see that as an exceptional value for 5 people. Less than $50 per person! While the suites are not glamorous, they were immaculate, spacious and quite comfortable. Typical for the Residence Inn brand.
The staff is fantastic! The oversized coffee pot in the lobby stopped working during the night. When I went down at 6:30 the staff was making coffee in regular pots and filling the large pot for guests. The night manager provided me with extra coffee, creamer and everything else to bring back to my room to set up morning coffee. We had a 4 pm Sunday recital nearby and the staff quickly approved a 3:30 pm departure for our suite as well as my brothers suite. That was so much appreciated!!
Breakfast was certainly adequate with a variety of choices typical for the brand. We slept well and were certainly very well treated during our stay. Highly recommend!
