No hand towels. Was told they only had TWO Need piece in coffee pot to hold the coffee for brewing . The directions for microwave were all in French. I don’t read/speak it. Take your own soap. Only get a small piece. Entry card worked first time, not the second time. Took to desk and they rejected. Still didn’t work. Mold in bath room ceiling corner. Top drawer missing from chest and bottom drawer seems to be nailed shut. Sink has big crack. Only one very small trash can for the entire room. The sheer curtain between the heavy white one and the striped one inside the room is filthy. All I can say good is that the cleaning lady was very nice. She did scrounge up one hand towel. This is Room 110. July 16-18, 2021 Oh, they must have realized how bad the room is because two days after we arrived back home, a refund for one night appeared on our credit card

Checked in and out within min. Hotel felt very unsafe, drug deals were taking place in the parking lot and inside was basically a hot box, all you could smell was marijuana. It even made our clothes smell. Staff was rude, but acknowledged drug use had been an ongoing issue in the hotel. Called the Choice hotline and they arranged for management to provide a full refund and we relocated to a nice, clean hotel about a mile away. Management needs to change policies and work with local law enforcement to clean up their hotel, I speak as both a former hotel AGM and as someone who has worked in law enforcement and the judicial system. Was unhappy with the stay buy very pleased at working out a solution to get us out of there very quickly. Front desk clerk needs customer service training though.

Hotel seem to be clean. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the beds. Were either old and worn out or just cheap. Could feel the springs of the mattress. When you moved on the bed it felt like it swayed back and forth.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and courteous. The room was clean, however, the ceiling was yellowed and colors dark and dank. It was very cold outside and in the room. When we turned on the heat the odor was horrible, almost toxic and we had to turn it off because the fumes were not tolerable. The bathroom sink water sprayed all over the counter and us so could only be run at a trickle. There is no beverage vending in the building where our room was, we had to go outdoors to the "smoking area" to get water. The machine ate our money and did not dispense any beverage. The continental breakfast was lacking. The fare was plain bagels, eggs with cheese, and oranges that were spoiled and not edible. A very disappointing experience. We needed a plunger and I was asked to walk outdoors to the reception desk, then was told there wasn't a plunger and they would bring one to the room. I would not stay at this property again.

We stayed at this hotel for Spring Break. For the most part our stay was quiet as the location is about 20-25 minutes away from all of the action. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was ok. I couldn’t help but notice a weird smell in the hallway near the elevators, it smelled like dirty mop water. Other than that we didn’t have any other issues.
