I read a review before I booked the room where someone complained of the hotel permitting individuals to smoke but I thought... it was probably just a one-time thing, no way Hampton Inn would seriously let someone smoke! So I booked... only to have to call down to the desk (and then to customer service) to complain that someone was actively smoking in the hotel! I am understanding when it comes staff... it is probably extremely hard to locate an active smoker when cigarette smoke has filled the hallway, but when there's more than one bad review of your hotel about your staff not shutting down active smokers, hopefully the manager will take it seriously. I'm almost suspicious of the staff on night shift as the culprit because it's so odd to have repeated complaints of this, unless a guest is staying there frequently. Pro: I booked a king suite (Room 330) and used the Hilton app to check-in, digital key, and for check-out. Such a cool experience (minus the cigarette smoke 😡)!

I was in town for a speaking engagement. Drove in late at night. Parking was easy and lot well lighted. The hotel was convenient to where I needed to be. Staff cordial. Hotel a bit worn but clean. I would stay again

Two Nights of Comfort & Peace!!

The world is a different place right now, with all the Covid rules and regulations in place, so people need to understand these things are done for the guests health, well-being and safety, and though there may be a little inconvenience, they should not be view as detrimental to the traveler but as ways to keep us all safe. On one occasion during our two-night stay, we used the microwave in our hallway and found it to be clean and operational. Our room was clean and had all the conveniences a modern-day traveler could ask for. The breakfast area was very clean and well-maintained. It had many nice options for a good breakfast and the employees in this area were very friendly and helpful. Actually, all the employees we came in contact with during our stay were pleasant and very professional. We highly recommend. this location if you're traveling in the area.

Not the best place to stay

This is more motel than hotel. The community microwave in the hallway on the second floor next to the elevator was not what I expected at a Hilton property. Very disappointed at the patchwork carpets and the broken toilet in my room.

My wife called specifically to ensure the pool was open because I need the pool for therapy - here for three days. We arrive and are told they are out of chemicals as of today - total BS. TV has vertical lines burned into the screen. AC won’t cool room down to 66. We cancelled the next two days - moving somewhere else!
