This was a WONDERFUL place! It is beautiful and very, very clean! We were able to bring our 2 dogs and they were very accommodating! We had a lovely suite with lots of room. The hot breakfast was fantastic! So glad we didn't have to search for a breakfast place for each of the 3 mornings we were there. We also loved that it had 3 TV's - one in each bedroom and one in the living room in the middle. The kitchen was great! One recommendation - it would be great if they had a little bottle of dishwashing soap. There is a dishwasher and we were provided dishwasher soap for 1 wash, but I still need dish soap to wash little things! But all in all a fantastic stay! We'd stay there in a minute. Lots of grass for the dogs to go on and doggie bags provided too!

Clean property, spacious suites, but not thrilled with checkout experience

Mixed experience, with more good than bad. Stayed five nights during the holidays. 2BR/2BA suite was spacious and clean. Lobby and breakfast experiences great. Parking and room access all good. Staff at breakfast friendly and efficient. I had two issues during my stay, though. I stay in Hilton brand hotels pretty frequently and have Gold status. Usually that doesn't provide much in the way of perks other than water and a snack, but I've always been able to obtain a late checkout when staying elsewhere. I requested a late checkout....only actually needed 30 minutes more...and was denied. I do realize though that it isn't guaranteed, but I would like to think that perhaps Gold Status would provide that as a perk or might be prioritized especially after staying 5 days and spending well over $1000 on my visit. To add insult to injury, though, when loading my car at approx 10:30am, 30 minutes prior to checkout time, my keys stopped working which caused additional inconvenience. Keys worked fine for five days and they must have been coded to deactivate earlier than checkout, which presented challenges in going to and from my vehicle. With four of us stayingnfive nights, you might imagine that we had quite a bit of stuff to bring, and with the exit door also requiring a key, it was a problem. I felt that my Gold Member status didn't serve as a perk in any significant way and that my stays in many Hilton brand hotels in recent years provided no additional value to this stay. Second issue. At checkin, we were asked whether we would want to have our rooms serviced and which date(s). We selected 12/26, it was documented by staff,...however, upon returning to our room that afternoon, the room had not been serviced. The following day we hunted down staff cleaning other rooms to swap out towels, but that was the extent of servicing of our rooms. I realize that lack of room servicing while staying in hotels is a new normal blamed on pandemic, but the fact that we were asked whether we want service, provided the date, and then were ignored is disappointing. With so many other options in the area, I might not choose this location again for these reasons, although 2BR 2BA suites with efficiencies are a rarity. Again, though...space and hotel cleanliness all seemed fine. I just would have liked a little more attention as a customer who spent a lot of money there.

very nice and clean as well as quiet. 15 minutes from most areas. 20 minutes from Airport and many dining choices nearby. The rooms feel like home with kitchen large enough to use. A nice alternate for work.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting the area. First off, I’d like to say a special thanks to Rhonda for the room upgrade. It made our great stay even greater. The hotel itself was very nice and quiet. The room was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure as well. I also enjoyed the ability to change the room temperature and TV from the comfort of my phone. We would definitely stay here again

It was a long, dragged out day prior to my arrival. My spouse was already in the room. It was a very clean well organized space. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the beautiful shower the next morning. I would do it again in a heartbeat. So glad to be a Hilton Member!
