As with most riads, the outside is nothing to look at, but stepping inside is fantastic. The inner courtyard with running fountain is very relaxing. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Rooftop views of the city are amazing.

Stayed one night, and were so pleasantly surprised at how big and comfortable room was. The breakfast was varied and very good. This Riad is right in the Madina so not easy to find. My suggestion would be to contact the Riad and have someone meet you in the square and lead you in...
A bit of a treat

The entrance hall is beautiful and prepares you for the room, which are stylish and a good size. The shower and electrics worked well ( a rarity on our trip) and there was good storage space. It is very close to the main market place (which is well worth a visit) and just on the edge of the medina/old town. The breakfast was good and i'd happily go back.
Most awful restaurant

A group of 3 of us decided to have dinner here as it had been recommended by a local guide. The service was awful. It took ages for our order to be taken. When the person finally brought the drinks order (water, orange juice and a sparkling lemon juice), the lemon juice was missing. When we asked for it he told us that they didn't sell sparkling lemon juice! It took another 15 minutes for our starters to be brought to the table. They were tasty. We then waited 25 minutes for the first of the main courses to be brought. The second and third didn't appear. After probably 7 or 8 minutes the second appeared, and after another 5 minutes the third appeared. The chicken & Veg tagine was absolutely awful. Boiled chicken and vegetables, with no herbs or spices!! It got sent back with a decision not to bother to try to replace it as it was so awful and had taken so long to arrive. The dessert on the menu was described as a selection of Moroccan pastries. What arrived was 2 plates with 3 dry Moroccan biscuits each and certainly no variety such as we had experienced elsewhere during our time in Morocco. When we enquired about the third dessert the server finally brought another "Moroccan pastry selection", which consisted of two of the dry biscuits At this stage we decided to leave.!! An awful, experience and nothing like the other great experiences we had had

Walking up the cobble stone path I saw the hotel from the outside and thought OMG this is going to be a night mate but once we walked in it was another story all together. Breathtaking beauty & decore made it feel like I really was in Morocco. I came with a tour & they offered us exquisite mint tea on arrival then we were let to our rooms up flights of stairs. Once I walked into the room I thought "This is lovely" until I tried to sleep on the bed & it was as hard as a rock. Room was warm & turned the AC on. Didn't make much difference all night so it was uncomfortable. Didn't sleep at all. Dinner was recommended by tour guide. Epic fail! I ordered a Tagine with chicken & cous cous & it was tasteless & dry. The only great thing about this place is the decore & the staff. There was a market place in main square where you can purchase Tagines of all sizes.
