Grizzlies game

Reviewed 4 october, 2022

We stayed 2 nights here while in Memphis for a Grizzlies preseason game. During the season we typically stay at the Hotel across from FedEx forum. The resort is as pictured on the website and clean. The rooms are a nice size compared to typical hotel rooms. Pros: employees are very nice….if only every hotel had an Ashley Clark. She was AWESOME and very accommodating, always lively! The views can’t be beat the Lookout was nice but I liked the Terrace seating area better. Cons: food not worth the price. The resort itself is very dark and cold. Sound travels: we could hear when the baby in the next room would cry… 2am in the morning.

Every Husbands Dream

We stayed at Big Cypress for one night while heading to Fort Leonard Wood. The customer service was amazing, especially from Mr. Jeffrey who helped welcome us to the hotel and bring in our bags! He was fun, personable and super friendly! He gave us helpful information and showed us the INS and outs of our room. Our room was amazing and we loved the view of the interior from the balcony! We ended up getting to eat at the Lookout Restaurant for dinner and it was wonderful. The service and food was great and the views were spectacular. Of course my husband was in heaven looking at the wide selection of goodies in the stores. Highly recommend staying at Big Cypress Lodge!

Unique and fun!

What a unique and fantastic experience!! My husband, sons and I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and amenities. We had the Treehouse room which was comfortable and clean. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the wraparound balcony overlooking the shop. The décor was beautiful and the attention to detail was much appreciated. Absolutely loved our time there. Special thanks to Ms. Ashley Clark at the front desk for her welcoming smile, upbeat energy and stellar customer service – she is an absolute gem!

Jeffery was awesome!!! He was so kind. He brought our bags to our room and gave us a tour of our room. He unloaded our things and told us some entertaining stories of the people who have stayed here. He was so informative and so inviting. The room and hotel are absolutely stunning. Everywhere you look is gorgeous here. Our balcony view is so cool! We can’t wait to drink our Coffee and enjoy the view in the morning. We love it here and will be back ❤️

Perfect for a honeymoon

Reviewed 26 september, 2022

My wife and here stayed here as part of our honeymoon and we’re here for our honeymoon (got married during covid but couldn’t travel) and this hotel was worth the wait! The check in was fast and hassle free. We were given loads of information and also some free passes up to the glass observation desk (would highly recommend and try to time it for sunset). We took a standard room and this was beyond amazing, so god knows how brilliant a premium would be! Our room was very spacious and comfortable, an amazing bathroom and an inside balcony over looking the facilities below. I’m the in room facilities were standard but of good quality. A good side fridge, an ice bucket with a machine just a few doors away and a jacuzzi tub for 2 in the bathroom. We paid around $500 for 2 nights and it was worth every penny! Would happily stay again if in the area
