Good location, nice appearing building, but little else. Very noisy - doors slamming, kids running the halls and yelling, Had to unplug the fridge as it kept making weird noises. Desk chair broken. Shower curtain rod about to wall down - wouldn't keep the curtain closed while showering. And no amenities - no food or drinks available, pool closed, fitness room closed. How much can you keep playing the COVID card? Hotel could discount rates while offering few amenities. Could provide courtesy water in rooms. How about more than one coffee k-cup?

Great evening in Memphis and a great stay at the Four Points. The room was awesome, super clean and so comfortable. Would have liked two caffeinated coffee pods the next morning, but everything else was perfect. The property felt safe and was easy to get to. Parking was good. The mattress was very comfortable.

Thought this would be a great place to stay as it was an affordable option and was owned by Marriot. We were able to get 2 queen suites and the beds were comfortable but it was not as I was expecting. The beds were squeaky, the walls were thin, and things did not work like they should. It would be either late at night or early in the morning and I could hear entire conversations from people out in the hallway or from people who were watching movies in other rooms. The first night I showered and hung my towel on the towel rack. After I stepped out of the shower I grabbed my towel off the rack and one end of the towel rack had come out of the wall. Our toilet paper holder was not tacked in like it should have been either. I let the front desk know and the next morning and they fixed it and did not have any problems with it after that. I understand that COVID is still a thing but I was disappointed that they did not have any breakfast at all. It would have been nice if they would have at least had some pre-packaged grab and go options like muffins or yogurt. Of course you could purchase these things in their pantry.

It was fine. But somebody clearly was having a party weekend. I let my kids think that they really were smelling a skunk in the hallway.... No breakfast. Mask rules among the strictest I saw anywhere on our trip. Room not fully stocked but front desk was accommodating. They knew how many we had on the reservation so I wish they would have offered towels and sheets for the pullout couch. Recently renovated as they are still working on it. Quiet area.

My first time here. Quiet location. New property. Very friendly staff. Professional and personable. Rooms are large, modern and well appointed. Coffee pod makers, microwave and refrigerator adds to the value.
