Michael, the valet, was fantastic. Great service and attention. Beautiful hotel. Attention to detail at every turn. Great stay. Good part of the city and walking distance to good coffee and food!!!

Valet was wonderful, professional and courteous, great security. Will definitely visit again, our valet Michael was great!! The venue was lively and drinks were good, the entire vibe of this place is amazing.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Central Station. Staff and the accommodations were stellar. Room 810 has a great view of the bridge that lights up at night. Staff were all very hospitable and offered assistance when needed.

Upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Lots of space and great views over the station track. Bar is amazing with authentic signs from the railway station ticket hall. Bishop restaurant was ok - limited breakfast items on the days that brunch is served. Great location next to the trolley stop if you want to head into the downtown area and Beale Street. Felt safe and secure with security in the car park. Really enjoyed watching the Amtrak trains arrive and depart as part of the link back to the old Station hotel. Excellent example of a Curio hotel by Hilton - boutique style bedrooms with great TV options, in room coffee and tea as well as the option of getting the live music from the bar to play in the bedroom.

Great location but issues

My family & I checked in after our rental house had a burst pipe. We were able to get 3 rooms & they were spacious. The lighting in the rooms is horrible. No overhead lighting & only 2 dim bedside lamps & 1 dim lamp on the desk. Water pressure was weak. There was little to no hot water during our stay but this wasn't the hotel's fault. Due to the many water main breaks, there was a boil advisory throughout Memphis. Our biggest issue is that the hotel room next to us had music blaring all night long. We attempted to contact the front desk many times throughout the night to have them address the issue but there was never any answer. We did not want to have to go down to reception and we were not willing to risk knocking on the door. The hotel restaurant was closed due to the boil advisory, but again - not the hotel's fault. The valet / bell person was very helpful.
