The room was very clean, If you are looking for something very basic like a bed and clean bathroom, this is the option. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location it’s perfect you have everything close! You will have a AC and wifi worked perfectly!

The location of the hotel is perfect, lot of bars and restaurant nearby to discover Yucatán culture. The room is very clean and confortable. No noises, it’s very calm. Wifi is excellent and the staff is really kind

Stayed for 5 nights and found it to be a good budget hotel. I read a lot of different comments about this hotel but what people forget is it's a budget hotel, so you can't have it both ways. For example they gave me a key to the safety deposit box rather than put 4 batteries in it. They don't do breakfast but have snacks, drinks, instant noodles available to buy. It's also 6 or so blocks away from the centre if town. It looks like a old motel but who cares. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The AC and TV worked (Spanish only). The room was cleaned every day and there shower was fine. The day reception guy was always friendly but the girl at night could smile occasionally.

Las Dalias Inn was more than what I was expecting. It was very clean, although simple. It was nicely located in the middle of the city of Merida, yet it was not loud as you would expect from being inside a city. It was very inexpensive, especially compared to all the other hotels in the area. They even had colored and scented toilet paper! That is something I have never seen before, anywhere. Be aware that there is no elevator. Only stairs. None of the staff spoke any English. On several occasions, my brother and I had to use Google translate to ask questions to let them know when we had a request. This did not pose a big issue, as the staff were all very professional and responsive. There were little bars of hand soap, but NO shampoo or conditioner, so make sure you bring your own. All TV channels are in Spanish - this was not an issue, as my brother and I don't watch TV anyway, but it's something to be aware of. The hotel was everything we needed. If you are in Merida, I would recommend Las Dalias Inn; why not save a little money on your hotel?

The staff members at this location are all very helpful. The place is clean, the hot water flows quickly and the in room air conditioning system is easy to use and quick to cool things down. There are safes in the rooms but no refrigerator. However, the staff put my insulin supplies in their refrigerator so they solved the problem. The parking is right on site and the parking lot door is closed at night. Very safe. The pool is cleaned daily. This place is an excellent value. Carmen is a real gem! The stair well and second flood hall need sound baffles but that's certainly not a crisis. I would return to this place.
