I had a wonderful time staying at this place. The workers were very nice. Also the manager. The rooms were very clean. Also i love the city view from my room. The food was amazing . If u visit mexico city u should stay at this place
Quite satisfactory
We stayed at the hotel for one night, right after the hard first day in Mexico. We are very tired because examined the capital immediately after a long flight ... There were no special impressions about the hotel, everything was quite satisfactory. The room is comfortable, we had a good rest. The restaurant offered us both European and Mexican cuisine, it is quite possible to relax after a hard day.
Plus point is it's location
The room was large with lots of space to spread out and very clean, with a large bed. The bathroom contained the largest bath we've every seen with a strong shower. Unfortunately the sink had little water pressure. It's in a very good location, less than 5 minutes from the nearest Metro station, Insurgentes, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants but that means streetlife can go into the small hours. Even though we were on the 18th floor we could still hear it. Breakfast has no cereals but continental was sufficient, the cooked food was mostly mexican and why shouldn't it be. Fine for a stay if you don't spend too much time in the hotel, which suited us fine.
Bureaucratic breakfast and faulty room card
Stayed as part of an Intrepid group for several nights. Thumbs up👍 Central location to Reforma Ave and Zona Rosa district - shops, restaurants, ATMs Clean room TV worked Friendly staff Thumbs down 👎 My single room was small, the bed took up most of the space Hard mattress Room pass would stop working every night and had to be reset nightly by reception Breakfast was unnecessarily bureaucratic - the divide between the included continental offering and the buffet was a bit artificial - sure it was only 87 pesos to get continental but most modern hotels just offer everything as part of your room rate My shower was cold 4/4 times There is significant construction behind the hotel with jack hammers going past midnight which can make sleep challenging even for heavy sleepers Only one lift seemed to be working
