Layover
Had 12 hours between flights and this hotel is the best for those relaxing times to get a shower, some really nice food and rest before and epic flight to the Middle East Great space in the rooms and clean Great club sandwich
Business holiday
I had to spend 15 days in this hotel before being able to fly into United States. The general overlook is good, rooms are clean and bright, however the building lack in general maintenance. The best part of this place are the people working here, everyone is kind and available to help, they always have a smile for you and they really strive to make your journey simple. Specially Giovanni and Cinilo that every morning have taken care of me at the breakfast buffet! Thank you guys...hope to see you again!

Had the best service from Salvador. And the chef Elizabeth,she come out herself and made me breakfast! I always feel so special and at home every time I come to Mexico City! Thank you for all you do! !
Amazing Breakfast
We stayed at NH for one night, the room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable bed, perfect after a long flight. We had the buffet breakfast in the morning, it was a delicious and large selection of food. All made beautifully. The servers were amazing at helping us through the assisted buffet and made the breakfast flow smoothly. Our servers were Giovanni, Iwes and Sergio (apologies on the spelling). They were very attentive and precessional. I would recommend a stay at this hotel if you are needing a place to stay in the Airport.

The hotel meals were a good value and we were very impressed by the new version of breakfast buffet. It was creative, varied but the service was at your seat. The servers Lupita, Eduardo and Sergio made sure we got timely and impecable service!
