Fantastic service- super noisy location
Excellent service overall from all staff! Continental breakfast and wifi included is a plus! Gym and indoor pool (too bad they do not open the pool until 9 am!) The noise at night is terrible, trucks and buses honking and slowing down. We had our own car (another plus is the parking!) but getting out of the property is a hazard because of the location. Room layout is very good, but needs some touch up, paint on walls the shower door was really difficult to close, although maintenance guy fixed it as soon as we reported it. He had the Best attitude and service!
Disappointing
We were disappointed with this place. It looked promising at first but there were too many issues that made our visit not as enjoyable as we hope it would be. -The first and worst thing was the amount of NOISE at night. It’s right next to a busy road and during the day, it’s not too bad but at night the big trucks drive down that road and the noise is unbearable. -The water pressure is awful, so if you like having a nice shower, that is out of the question. -The cleaning crew didn’t make our room two out of the five days we were there. - The man in reception was friendly enough and tried to help us but the rest of the staff was not friendly, my main issue were the guards outside... they made a big fuss every time we tried to wait for our Uber outside... which was a BIG problem because “The Place” is quite hidden so EVERY SINGLE time we ordered an Uber they would drive past it and would end up cancelling our ride or taking three times as long to pick us up. This was frustrating in itself but the fact that the guards, not only not helped us but actually shouted at us every time we tried to help the driver find us was really not on. - We decided to stay here because in the pictures it showed a little park within the premises that would come in handy to keep our five year old son entertained, but this place is NOT child friendly. Our biggest and most dangerous problem were the windows. There is NO LOCK so a child can very easily slide the window open, there’s enough furniture that can be climbed over right NEXT to the window so that... is just an accident waiting to happen. We ended up moving all the furniture to the middle of the room. Which was uncomfortable and messy. - The sitting area is ugly and uncomfortable with some sort of “ hunting theme”? going on that was not pleasant. The only sofa was very uncomfortable. It was all very male oriented with no mirrors a part from the wardrobes and the bathroom. All in all not much better than an Airbnb and much MUCH more expensive.
Temporary housing
Excellent place to stay. I was there as a temporary housing while I find my final place in Mexico City. The general experience there was excellent. The room was very nice and with all the amenities (as home away from home). Highly recommended.

Best stay in Mexico City, the suites are very nice and clean. The service is friendly. We come about four times a year and always stay at The Place. If you come with your family or with your pets, you will be happy here!
Extraordinario
Location is perfect, extremely comfortable apartments all staff is amazing providing outstanding service. The quality of the apartments is great and if you are staying for a longer term and with family I can't think in another place as good as this in the city.
