Great service and great restaurant recommendations!
John Barrera, assisted me at the beach during my stay. He was very hospitable, friendly, suggested a great place for brunch during the weekend, and great local Restaurants to try out! If you need any suggestions for cool places to go to while you’re here, look for John working by the beach lounge chair section. He’ll take good care of you and recommend great places to check out during your vacation!
Girls Weekend
This is by far our favorite place to go to in Miami. Charlie Mena is the best. Fonzie Madrid is always smiling and ready to help with whatever we need. He goes above and beyond. We will be back soon. The pool staff is amazing as well. Keith the pool manager is always accommodating as well as JC. The hotel is very clean.

Great Day at the beach Mike was extremely professional and very friendly is there to make sure we had a great time chairs set up towels and cool sunny day in South Beach Miami. Highly recommend going to the 1hotel Inc Zelle Beach come check out the sun and warm weather and ask for Mike to take care of you
Great Time at the Beach
Everything went as you would expect - drink and food was great and the staff was accommodating. We were a party of 4 and everyone was pleased on the “check-ins” for drink refills and food. I’m typically hesitant to sit by the beach due to the service quality, but they did a great job here.
Amazing Hotel
I was at the 1Hotel over the weekend and I cannot rave about it enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They did an incredible job of making my stay both fun and feel safe (Covid restrictions). The pools are fantastic and the restaurants are delicious. Don't miss the rooftop Watr for drinks and apps if not the whole meal. Asmaa made our dinner an absolute delight. She and her whole team are just the best.
