Beds 'N Drinks

Went in March with some friends and we had a very pleasant experience here. The room was clean and tidy and the included breakfast was a lifesaver for people on a budget. The location was phenomenal, so many things were within walking distance, basically the entirety of South Beach. The check-in was a bit of a hassle since the system seemed to be down so it took over an hour to check all of us in. After reading some reviews this seems like a common problem. The staff weren't the most friendly in the morning but the location made up for it. We still had a great time!

this hotel was absolutely horrible I had blood stains on the bed roaches on the bed room had nasty smell I was givin a huge bath towel to bathe with also paper towels to wipe my area with the room was only cleaned once a total of four days front desk clerk was rude didn’t care if we had anything to comfort stay my room door didn’t need a key you could just walk right in

This hostel is AMAZING. The guests were awesome. I partied way too much with generous, wonderfully fun human beings. Exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 6 nights. I booked another 3 but decided to cancel within the hour as i found a couch surfer right nearby, and they were cool with that. That saved me $130 but i was still able to spend all day at the hostel with the friends i had made. I even had a 2 hour nap out the back like 2 days after i checked out. I found it to be an acceptably clean hostel. The included breakfast was amazing, especially for myself who is continuing to travel as i loaded up on oatmeal to put in my suitcase. Honestly this hostel is the absolute tits, right near the beach, it will stay in my heart along with the memories of the great people i met. Highly recommend!!

The manager Josy should not be a manager. She makes this hotel a horrible place to stay. I had three major issues with her. I asked for the owners contact information and she refused to give it to me. She said she was not allowed to give out the information. She said if there is a problem she would contact them. If she feels there is a problem she would contact them. I told she was the problem. She again told me that if she felt it was a problem she would tell them. Wow !!! I want the owners contact information so I can make an official complaint. I have witness her yell at guest. At one point she was yelling so loudly at a guest in the courtyard that I could here it from the second floor in my room. The guest was basically saying nothing and allowing her to yell at him. She yelled at me and refused towels and ice.

Don’t trust this place giving your credit card! I paid 60$ with my credit card as deposit for 3 people. We checked out on January 2nd and everything was fine so we have been informed that within 5 days we would get the refund. We never received the money so we started to email the hotel. It’s a nightmare, basically they refund the money to some else credit card (someone I don’t even know) and refuse to refund me instead! This is totally unacceptable and illegal!! I’ve been contacting the hotel since the beginning of the month and still didn’t solve this problem!
