So happy staying at this hotel. First class and the services are excellent . We got champagne as soon as we where checked in, which taste delicious. The view for them room was incredible! Special thanks to Cesar for taking care of our luggage!

Best customer service in Miami! Ask for Angie and Gisella at the front desk! I traveled to Miami for my bday and they made my experience unforgettable. The rooms are spotless and the bar has a great view! I’ll be coming back to Miami soon, and I look forward to staying at the AKA.

Excellent Stay - Service Shines

I was traveling on business to Miami, which I do frequently, and was met upon arrival by Michael. The check in was seamless and it turns out we are both from Philadelphia. He explained the hotel was transitioning to AKA, and you could see his face light up as he explained how excited he was to possibly welcome me to his home property in Philly (I live in Harrisburg now). He referred me to the website to check out what AKA is all about, and to browse the other properties. The bar staff was top notch, and Gisella at the front desk was also excellent. In fact, everyone I encountered was wonderful. Upon my day of checkout, I left for the airport, only to find out my flight was cancelled, so I returned to the hotel in hopes they had availability. Michael checked me right back in, and assured me we would also have the room serviced, Easy as pie.. I called down later and asked for a late checkout the next day, the young lady immediately replied it would be no problem at all, and at no charge. Wow. I will be staying here every time I am back in Miami, that is for sure. Thank you for an amazing stay AKA.

This place was terrific! Very clean and service was super friendly. Big shout out to Geisella Kia at the front desk. I don't often give reviews but they went above and beyond and created a 5 star experience for my wife and me. I will visit again.

Conrad now AKA was fantastic We (2 couples ) checked in at 2 To start with Gasilla, Christopher and the team welcomed us like we were president o USA The check in was accompanied with glass of champagne which was good not shotty like free champagne you get upon arrival in carrebean Overall check in experience was fast and efficient where they offered complimentary upgrade without requesting The rooms were clean and bright with all new furniture usb and plugs were in right places to charge the multiple devices the WiFi was fast The concierge recommended several restaurants in walking distance which was great The pool and hot tub were working and clean The breakfast was good and check out was fast with lists of smile Overall 5 star experience I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Miami Sandi
