A very good place to stay to visit Dolphin Mall

The hotel is located very near the Dolphin Mall (you just have to cross the parking lot). The rooms are well kept, and the hotel is in general quiet, allowing one to rest. The staff is helpful and attentive to your needs. The rate is very competitive. In a nutshell, this hotel is very well worth the stay.

we stayed for almost a week here, the location was ideal because i was planning to spend sometimes at the dolphin mall and i could walk , its very close to pf changs and fridays too, people in the front desk is ok,but they do the minimun , if they were trained could be much better, the bad part of this stay started when we requested the room to be cleaned (if you dont book before 12 am is not possible to get it "cleaned") i left all day to return when it was supposed to be clean and it wasnt, there was a stain of coffee we left before in the bathroom floor wich i cleaned with a wipe to make sure it wasnt a permanent stain , meaning the floor wasnt even cleaned at all, there was a piece of paper next to the wc and i had 2 pillows fallen in the floor next to one bed and i thought they were going to change the whites but they didnt, just put it back on the bed with hair that already was on the carpet and didnt belong to any of us, the tables had water marks and dust (it was pretty obvious they didnt try to clean them ) carpet has a bad moldy smell , so the A/C , when we noticed all of this we were terrified about how dirty it was specially since we were there with our daughter and i told the guy on the front desk, he was ok and said he was very sorry and if wanted another room wich we refuse since it was going to be obviously as dirty as ours but with other people just leaving , i just requested clean blankets to change the whites myself, next day we left even when the night was already paid, they never tried to return the points or money of that next day and tried to charged 500 usd for things we didnt get, so my husband had to spend 20 minutes waiting them to check they were wrong, i would never return to this or any other marriot , it was a disgusting experience and in the míddle of a pandemic is just unacceptable to be short on cleaning personal and training , specially since they are saving A LOT by not cleaning everyday and not even bringing the shampoo , soap and clean towels if you dont ask for them. the guy on tje front desk asked me to send him the pictures i shower him of the dirty room and i didnt receive any response,

I’ve stayed numerous times at this hotel for the past 10 years. Eduardo/ Eddie is a great asset to this hotel. Very helpful, always pleasant and has a genuine love for his job. Hotel is very clean and nice location

Ideal place to stay in Miami

If you’re going to stay in Miami FL and are looking for the perfect place to stay, I cannot recommend the Courtyard Miami Hotel at Dolphin Mall enough! The hotel itself looks great on both the inside and the outside and everything is super clean! The location is great as well and you have easy access to the mall and other locations. One of the best parts about it though is the staff- everyone in the hotel is super friendly and helpful with all your needs. The front desk staff member Edwardo is however, the absolute cherry on top for this hotel! He welcomed me and my family instantly and gave us the best service right off the bat, he definitely will brighten your mood the second you arrive and start off your vacation right! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Miami, whether pleasure or business!

Another great stay

We have just spent 4 nights here and as usual we were well taken care of by staff. Eduardo is absolutely lovely and goes out of his way to ensure you have the best experience. Conveniently located right next door to Dolphin Mall for adequate shopping. Grab and go breakfast is available for purchase as restaurant is closed at the moment. Plenty of eateries at the mall when looking for lunch and dinner.
