Great Service

Christopher C at the front desk reception provided my husband and me with 5 star service. Embassy Suites are lucky to have him!!! He fully explained the services and options at the hotel, including parking, breakfast, evening reception and more. Anne K

Nice hotel with parking available

Reviewed 15 march, 2023

This is a nice hotel to use when flying out of Miami airport . Big rooms and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast in the morning with a lot of options. On site restaurant to use in the evenings. We parked our car while on our trip. Parking lot is secured so we felt comfortable leaving our car. Shuttle service offered to and from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area

Terrible experience… This is THEFT!

Reviewed 15 march, 2023

I stayed here March 1-2. I had checked in earlier in the day, through the App, and got my digital key. When I arrived to the hotel, the App had shown that my stay was cancelled. When I brought the issue to the front desk, they apparently booked me a new reservation, which was not made clear to me. Because of this, they invoiced me to the wrong credit card, and AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE. Again - this was not made clear on check-in, and I didn’t find out about it until it posted to my account. THIS IS THEFT! Further, I’ve spent the last 2 weeks calling the Hotel and Hilton Corporate to try to get a resolution - no one is helping, and they all claim it’s not their problem. On top of all this, the room was sub-par given the rate they charge. Terrible experience - I would avoid this place at all costs! They are clueless, unfriendly, and will take advantage of you any chance they have. I’ll lastly note that I’m a Hilton Gold member, and they still have have been disrespectful in all my attempts in dealing with them.

Embassy Suites Miami Airport

We had an excellent experience at the Embassy Suites at Miami Airport. Our four days stay couldn’t have been any better. Room clean and great view. Breakfast delicious. Staff was amazing. Outdated rooms or not, it’s clearly not the staff responsibility. Definitely recommend and plan to return 👍

Parking is a Mess & Rooms are Dated - Subpar Embassy Suites

Reviewed 13 march, 2023

Parking was a complete disaster. There was no available parking most times of the day. We even took an Uber one night because we didn’t think we’d be able to find a spot if we left and got back late at night. Cars were parked along the curbs, in no parking zones and anywhere else they could find to park. The hotel apparently lets people park here longer term if they stay at the hotel, then fly or cruise after their stay, unless I misunderstood the lady at the front desk. Whatever the case, the parking is a mess and needs to be fixed. The hotel should consider moving their check-in line closer to the front desk. The start of the line is near the front door, but the desk is another 10 yards into the lobby. People kept walking up to the front desk while a long line of us waited at the front door. Then the front desk staff would have to tell people the line was by the door. Not the best design. The gym is tight. With more than five people there’s not a lot of room to move around the weights and benches. The pool was nice enough, though a tad cold in March (not the hotel’s fault). The breakfast and food were ample and kept this from being a 2-star review, along with a friendly staff. Probably won’t be back to this hotel.
