Great trip - Feb 2021
We really enjoyed our stay at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. From the bellman, to the valet staff, front desk, and restaurant my family and I were always treated kindly and politely. We had a great trip, that otherwise would have been marred by some valuables that were left behind in our room after check out. I was originally worried we would not hear back from the hotel, as I was certain these types of issues never get resolved. Much to my surprise, Luis Font and Yazdi Patel provided excellent service and fantastic communication. They immediately searched the room, communicated back to me and the item was successfully found and back in my possession. If we have the opportunity to stay in the area again, this will definitely be our top choice. We highly recommend this hotel, the staff really makes this place great.
Great Experience!
The Marriott Biscayne Bay was wonderful, especially considering there was a fire alarm and a rare power outage. The hotel staff worked especially hard to get everything under control and make everyone's experience as wonderful as possible. Alberto A. and Daniel F, valets, always met us with a friendly welcome and goodbye and recommended some gems to visit! Ricardo and Raul in the restaurant and bar prepared great food to order and treated us with respect and kindness. Lily Fox, Jehison, Ruby, and Marjorie, at the front desk was extremely friendly, hardworking and reassuring as all the guests were accommodated. Jose, the bellman, also helped us with our luggage and gave a fantastic recommendation for a nearby restaurant. Christina worked hard to keep the entire hotel clean and went above and beyond to help guests. We had a super trip and are very grateful for your outstanding service! (Also, we are not special guests and do not know these people. We are only commending them because of their exceptional service! Thank you!)

I would personally like to thank Yazdi for helping me with the Safe that was in my room. His customer service was awesome and he worked quick. This Marriott property was a great location for downtown and wynnwood.

Yazdi Patel fixed problems with my safe right away. Great service by him and a nice guy to talk to as well. Would recommend this hotel and its respectful staff, especially Yazdi. Try to ask for him if you wanna get something fixed quick.

Love this hotel! Upgraded rooms and great location! Only 10-15 min Uber to South Beach! Lots of nice restaurants nearby which is walkable. Only downside is parking is expensive but that’s everywhere in Miami.
