The hotel was in a great location because it is only like 15-20 minutes from the beach. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. They answered all the questions I needed to know and they told me if I needed to ask any more questions just to call them and they will answer my question. The room was also very nice. We had our own table, stove, dishwasher, and oven so it was super convenient. They also had a small sofa and desk so if you needed to do business in the room, you could have that option. They also had a nice HD TV where you can watch Netflix or youtube in the room which was awesome. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. They also have free parking outside the hotel if you are obviously staying there for a night. They also had an outdoor pool which looked super nice and they had a couple grills out there so guests could grill out and feel like they are at home. I would definitely stay here again when I come back down to visit Miami.

Typically it’s fair to say a Marriott brand won’t disappoint. Not so with Town Place. Check in was abrupt , borderline rude. Got to suite AC didn’t work. Only blew warm air. Switched rooms. WiFi wasn’t working. No extra pillows for pull out that was like sleeping on grate. Dishwasher full with many glasses upside down filled w soiled water.
ON top of that received form to message management. Did so and no response. VERY POORLY MANAGED

Just wanted to say, thank you all for your service, you're like family to me and son. Customer Service is the best out of all those other Marriott around the area, the front desk agents always call you by your name, they willing to assist with anything, always smiling, giving a helping hands.
I would like to give a big shout out to Yeni, Oriana,Joel, Brian, Josselyn, best front team every 😊.

The worst experience ever. Dirty linen left on the bed with blood stains

When checking in, I was initially placed in a room with no operating air condition. After notifying the staff, I was then place in a disabled accessible unit which was fine because this was all they had left according to the staff. When returning to the room
that night after being out since check in, I noticed when I woke up the sheets and bedding was not clean. There was dried up blood and feces on the
sheets. When notifying the staff and house keeping, I was told that it was fresh blood and they implied that it was mines. As a woman, I would know if I was bleeding and would not have made such a compliant but rather ask for new bedding due to an accident. However, this was not the case. I slept in a bed with dirty sheets with blood and feces which is disgusting and the worst thing I have ever experience especially during this pandemic and COVID. This is extremely upsetting. I was told that they will change the bedding and notify the manager. They advised that the manager will contact me once she arrived which never happened. I was told by staff repeatedly that she was not there. Also the manger advised that the staff did not inform her of my complaint until Saturday which unacceptable.
During my checkout, I ensured that I woke up at 7am just to talk to her when her shift started. She then informed me that nothing could be done about this matter because she needs to contact housekeeping for the 2nd time. I was not offered anything for this inconvenience and this devastating experience. The manger was also incompetent, rude, disrespectful, and more importantly unable to communicate the policies and procedures for the hotel effectively. She did not take my complaint seriously and further upset me about the situation. I had to contact the corporate office and general manager in order to receive some type of resolution and clarification of the hotel policy concerning cleaning and housekeeping during COVID.
Do not book this hotel.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was such a wonderful experience! Upon arrival, we were having some issues with our credit card, and I must say, the front desk agent, Christian, was absolutely amazing! He took the time to call his superiors and explained to them that we were travelling all the way from the Caribbean.
The management team immediately instructed him to have us make our payments upfront which was just such a kind gesture! We do want to thank you Christian for being so caring, patient, and compassionate towards us. You went above and beyond to assist, and we are highly grateful to you for the high level of kindness that you have extended to us!!
In addition, I do want to add that the entire staff was just so welcoming and accommodating. The hotel and the decor was quite nice, and the room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette! The bed was also very comfortable.
We will definitely be back!!
Once again, I do want to express our gratitude to everyone, especially Christian, and the management team for making our stay a very memorable one!! Thank you wholeheartedly!!
