My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights over Thanksgiving week. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant! You also can’t beat the location with good restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Madison!

Comfortable and convenient Res Inn

This is a usual Residence Inn. Location near the belt line. Restaurants are nearby and center of Middleton about 4 minutes by car. Room was clean and bed fine. Breakfast was open. Pretty typical fare. No alcohol for purchase after 9 pm per a Wisconsin state law.

Nice clean quiet property

Stayed here while visiting Taliesin in nearby Spring Green. While still slow from COVID they had a reasonable hot breakfast, and the facility was very clean and well maintained. Built in 2005, it could use a few updates, it has tub showers which are not the easiest to step into, and a bit slippery, but everything was in good condition.

Nice quiet stay

We stayed three nights. Room was clean. We had a kitchenette and sitting room. Nice and quiet at night. They allow pets but apparently keep them in a single location as we never heard or saw them except outside. They serve a breakfast with hot entrees and cold cereal, toast, fruit. Pool was really nice. Good location walking to a mall and even downtown Middleton.

Hot Tub Broken

My experience at this hotel was average. The hotel is older but they have done some remodeling. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was broken (and had been for over a week) which was disappointed and there was no notice about this on the hotels website. The website also did not have the breakfast or pool hours. The pool closed at 11pm which I thought was early. Also for a business hotel they did not offer free coffee in the lobby 24hrs like many other business hotels. My room was clean for the most part but there was hair in the bathtub and the shower curtain was very dirty. I would like to see some improvements with these items.
