In October I stayed here for ONE night. Checked out and everything was fine. Notice there was an additional charge of $250 taken out of my account. Called the hotel and was advised that is was for a smoke odor. I’m not a smoker and I checked out at 6:00 am that morning. Tried to dispute the charge and the manager was rude and nasty. I was in an adjoining room so the person next to me could have smoked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Oklahoma. There is a Spring Hill suites right down the street that has way better customer service. The breakfast bar wasn’t even what they say it was. I really think they were trying to get money from people during that time cause we had a real bad ice storm and everyone was without power, so they were trying to make up for money lost. I wouldn’t have a problem if I did something wrong. I’m a person that follows policy and procedures to a tee.

Great staff made checking in very easy. During the covid pandemic I felt they went above and beyond on the cleaning of the rooms and the hotel in general. The sack breakfast wasn't great but I understand they are trying to stay safe. Easy access to the interstate.
Pros and cons
Reviewed 16 september, 2020
Pros: great breakfast - good omelettes, cinnamon buns, Chobani yogurt, and many other items, beds are very comfortable and linens are soft Good water pressure in the shower Staff are very pleasant Rooms are kept very clean. Cons: the smoke alarm with the green light is right over the beds, the entire building shudders when people let their doors shut. The doors slam really hard!! The chairs in the dining room are really low and not the right height for the tables. The jets in the hot tub shoot straight up so it's more like a bubbling cauldron than a hot tub. In the shower it is dark. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom so it gets super steamed up. Shower curtain is super annoying - it doesn't stay near the tub wall but keeps flowing into the shower. We stayed in room 312 and there is a crack in the ceiling.
NOT pet friendly!!!

Performed a search and this establishment is advertised as pet friendly. Traveling from west coast to east coast and was told by desk clerk they are not pet friendly. The hotel needs to check their advertisements and ensure they are accurate. My family is 10hrs from me and now in search for a place to rest with our furry companion....frustrating to say the least!
Late night visit for July 4th
Reviewed 8 july, 2019
I checked in very late on July 4th after fireworks and found the front desk attended and friendly. The hotel was very clean and room in perfect condition. Had a third floor room and didn’t hear anyone else, even though room was located by the elevators. I enjoyed the breakfast as it has more than what I consider a typical express items such as egg white veggie omelettes, cheese omlettes, turkey sausage, bacon, instant pancakes, cinnamon rolls plus the expected foods. Would definitely stay again.
