Horrible customer service

Booking was made for 3 night , on the last day I received a phone call from Gendarmerie that my car was stolen and had to take a train back to France , to go to Police station . Left a hotel around 6 am.Send a request for a partial refund or future voucher , but received a very short answer from Elena, it’s not possible. But literally written like that. I have traveled all around the world and never had to leave hotel earlier , but I also spent more then 15 hrs working in Hotel industry and never seen so poor customer service and never heard anyone so inconsiderate ,for the circumstances . Never ever will visit this hotel or recommend it to family or friends.
Avoid the basement rooms

I was checked into the hotel, went to my room and found it was in the basement of the hotel. Down there was the laundry, janitorial and the breakfast area. I had a virtual meeting until 3am so I asked the front desk clerk if there would be noise, she stated she had never had a complaint. My goal was to sleep in for the morning and then go site seeing for the day. I was awoken at 7:15am by the sounds of people, plates clanking and the guest bathroom doors slamming. I ended up checking out of the hotel at 8am as I could not sleep. The shower was also very disgusting with mold all over it. The staff was kind and sympathetic however as there weren't any other rooms, I was stuck. I was given the managers email to express my situation however there hasn't been a response. The comments from managers on line seem to be lengthy when thanking guests for great comments but short when there are issues, no more than sorry, try us again. No word of taking responsibility or actually fixing the issue. I should have been refunded my cost but all I received was my city tax back.

We stayed in quadruple room with balcony. The room is spacious, enough for family of 4. Clean and modern. Location is near the Milano centrale train station . The staffs were friendly and helpful too.

Very bad experience for me! Never ever again! I'm a frequent traveler, I've been all over the world, and never, in any place and structure I've been treated this way. Didn't get the chance to see how is the hotel. Due to covid regulations, my girlfriend couldn't join me in Milan, so I called and email the management for change the dates of my booking, or get a refund. Got told to write to this email and that, at the end, answer arrived a day after, saying unfortunately cannot do anything for the refund or changing, and I got charged full price. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Poor internet connection

Great and spaciuos double room for singole use. Excellent price: 50 € per night. Remember that you have to add 4€ for city tourist tax. The only drawback this time was the poor network for Wi-Fi :-( I wasn’t able to use it with the hotel network. Too bad.
